Hello Martin. The distance of the putt must be a function of the speed of the putter head hitting the ball, so the easiest way to achieve a consistency is to use the length of the back swing as a measure of that speed. But that necessarily means you need to develop the same repeatable tempo for each length of backswing...any tips on how to achieve a repeatable tempo?

This is a method I’ve used for the past few years. Spefically helpful around fast greens.
If you look at the slow mo, the back swing actually went back the same as through swing
