Side Spin Chip Shots
Blair O’Neal teaches an advanced chipping style that she picked up from Stan Utley. If you want to have some fun and get creative, try adding side spin on chips to counteract severe slopes.

I probably can never master that at the age of 86 but I really appreciate the concepts I have a place for those----- thank you
Blair, would you say the goal is for the momentum to die more and stop earlier seeing that you are hitting a shot that counteracts the slop you are hitting into? Because I'm guessing we would then have to possibly hit it a littler farther seeing that the shot you hit seemed to drop and almost stop immediately.
