Poor contact on chips can be demoralizing. Avoid it with a few set up tweaks and arm movements shown in this tip from Cindy Miller.

Hi Cindy,
I tried the drill but for whatever reason every ball went to the right.
I have a nice practice swing but as soon as I address the ball I can feel my arms
stiffen up. Do you have any suggestions, other than hitting the putter :-) ?

If length of follow thru could be specified in the demo , it will give more clarity
Matt Collis, my new hero! This technique is what I've been searching for, for 10 years. I tried and it worked perfectly! Thank you.
