Does the ideal impact position have both the legs & upper body open to the target line? Or what is best?
one thing I think would be a great improvement on all videos would be having the speed of the film slowed down so we can see the lag and leading left arm ...so many times I watch a video but in live motion its hard to see what is actually going on.
