About
Haven Golf Course offers an 18-hole, championship course and a nine-hole, par-3 course called Tortuga. Tortuga Golf Course is the only par-3 course in Green Valley. Located adjacent to the 18-hole golf course, both layouts share a landscape of mature pines, palms, and eucalyptus trees. The length of the holes ranges from 50 to 90 yards and there are two sets of tees. The course is an excellent place for beginners or those looking for some short game practice. It is also great for a quick, affordable round since no tee times are required. The Haven Golf Course facility also offers a completely practice facility that features all-grass hitting stations

Tortuga - Haven
This little course has loads of potential however course management has neglected it badly. Layout is good, maintenance is non-existent. Leaking irrigation, greens damaged beyond repair and poorly maintained, weeds and overgrown trees and bushes throughout. Basic equipment such as ball washers,which you need due to heavy mud in some areas, are often not functional. Staffed by volunteers.

Great par 3 course for approach, chipping and putting practice. Better format than hitting a bucket of balls.
Tortuga (Haven Par 3)
Over priced but anything affiliated with the Haven (GV AZ) is overpriced for the value. Tortuga is a nice par 3 for practicing your short game. Greens are challenging and the rough around the green is also. The course is very good, just the fee is not.
Unserious golf!
You’ll only need a wedge and a putter. This isn’t a golf course, it’s chipping and wedge practice. The longest hole is 90 yards. Greens are challenging because they are either partially mowed, covered in sand, or aren’t mowed. If you’re looking for to have a fun afternoon, kill a beer, and “play golf” this is definitely the place to do it.
Great Short Game Practice
This course always offers me a chance to refine my short game in a challenging and fun manner. My father used to avoid it as it wasn’t long enough for him, but as he watched me improve, he began to appreciate just what this course offers. It appears simple in layout, but it challenges you with its subtleties.
