Torres Blancas Golf Club

The course condition was very good for the season & last weekend before re-seading shutdown.

Torres Blanas was worth the price, but the course management was unacceptable. They overbooked the course, did not have enough golf carts, and no one managed the pace of play, and we were unable to compete the round. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for 18 holes and not being able to finish because it takes so long. Nearly 2.5 hours for the first 9 holes.

They are starting overseed next week.

Can’t wait for what it looks like then.

New owners know how to make a golf course nice.

Due to other courses in area doing reseeding the crowded play was over four hours but other than that good track good greens good people

I booked a foursome on GN. I had a couple of last minute no shows and I told the person checking me in that I would only have two, to which there was no response. I asked if there was a military discount, as I am retired AF. The response was, "for active duty only". I can't remember a time that military retirees were not included in a military discount, but I guess that's their policy. We went and played our round and the golf course was in decent shape, except for the bunkers. They were unplayable, unless of course you're looking to get a new set of wedges and don't care about the ones you have. The beverage cart girl was very friendly and helpful. After the round, I was checking my email and noticed that I got an email from GN telling me that the golf course requested payment from GN for the two no shows and that they were charging me $50. I know the policy and I always make adjustments to my tee times when they happen prior to the 24 hr deadline. On this occasion, that was not possible. I would understand if I played there often and this happened more than once in awhile, but that's not the case. On top of that, the pro shop attendant should have had the courtesy to let me know. When I got home, I tried to call the golf course, but they were already closed, so sent an email and got no response. I don't think that I will ever play this course again. Too many better options where the staff actually appreciates your patronage.

Nice layout. Close to home. Slow fuzzy greens. Great bang for the buck!

First time playing. Found the course to be a good layout for all levels of golfers. Course conditions were good except for the bunkers - which were gravel pits. Scenic area. Nice variety of holes. Will definitely be back.

The course is in great shape. However, the sand bunkers are horrible. There is no sand in them at all. There should be a warning posted or the person checking in the golfers should tell the golfers of the bunkers condition and advise them to play a free drop out of the bunkers without a stroke.

Under new ownership. see some improvements but not there yet. Love the layout and the cost is in line with course conditions. Greens were punched and rolling about a 5

Staff is super friendly

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Greens were in good condition despite the hot dry weather.
