Delaware Springs Golf Course

Fairways and green were in good shape (smooth and firm) making for some very nice drives. Firm greens made it difficult to stop a ball when you wanted to but created a lot of laughs for our group 😉

Overall I’d recommend this course. It’s a good drive from Austin but worth it if you’re not in a hurry. The layout is pretty and the course conditions were an 8 out of 10. We zipped along the front nine but suddenly ran into long waits on every tee box on the back nine. Overall good experience.

I had not played this Course in a number of years. And my memory hadn't failed me. I had a great time challenging the Course. The Course is well-maintained; fairways and greens were cut, bunkers were raked (which speaks to the type of players here as well as Course maintenance).

I again found my challenge to be the greens. The Course is pretty straightforward - keep the ball in play and on in regulation is easy. The greens I feel are fast; they roll true but the breaks are subtle, especially on shorter putts.

Course in fairly good condition. A few greens with some bad spots.

Your noon group you had at Less 6 foursomes

playing and I’m behind them and pace of play is I unbelievable

You should place at less a hour before the next tee time so the groups playing behind them are not waiting ten minutes to play next hole

I was literally waiting ten minutes at every green to tee off

It’s always a great day at Delaware Springs golf course is always an excellent condition. Staff always friendly as ever especially Jennifer just a great time at everyone and when I say everyone just me.

To many player trying to play golf and they can’t hit the ball more than 150 feet not yards and they are teeing off from the blue tee box so the pace of play is horrible

Courses need to stop 8 minute between tee times

When you got foursome that can’t the the ball and are over the fairway looking for balls for 10 minutes it starts backing up

It’s a know ending cycle for the whole round

Great course and nice people BUT terribly slow as we had to wait on every hole as numerous 5 balls were playing in a NOON day competition that's apparently a daily thing- this spoilt the day- should not be allowed anywhere

Course in great condition. Good early morning pace on a Sunday. Greens in fantastic condition. Staff friendly.

I play this course a lot it has some hard holes that demand good shots but some holes you can take advantage of with good shots pace of play is generally good I highly recommend playing this course

Why are you allowing 6 people to play as a group

The group of six were all over the fairways and then I had a twosome in front of me that were also slow .

I went ahead of them and never had to wait for anyone till I got to the 2 hole

The management need to come up with a rule to play list to give you when you check in

Eight minute intervals is way to short it needs to be at least 12 minutes

People need to learn that they are not the only one playing
