Knightsbrook Hotel and Golf Resort

Had a very enjoyable game last week in Knightsbrook. I played it quite a few years ago but my colleagues had not. All three of us play off single digit handicaps. The course we played was approx 6900 yards long. Par 4 are pretty strong all through the course with good Par 3s & 5s as well. A good test throughout. Greens are big but fair in terms of approach shots and undulations. A pity the Greens seem to have had some maintenance work done on them so did not see them in pristine condition

During our two golfing vacation in Ireland, Knightsbrook topped the list of courses played. Excellent layout and service received from all personnel.

The course was a wonderful challenge and in great shape.

We played on Saturday past and although the course had plenty off rain it was in very shape will diff come back to play . When ever we get some heat in the air the course will be fabulous ⛳️🤩💪🏽👌

Knightsbrook is well set up, perfect conditions for winter, firm and fast greens fairways rolling out nice also. Won’t get it in many other non links courses this time of year. We teed off at 12:30, with the sunset at 4:20 we were okay with the fact that we might have to play the last two holes in the dark. We (4 ball) caught up to another 4 ball that were 30 mins ahead of us on the third hole, waiting on every shot, we would be okay with this if we weren’t under time pressure with the sunset. Had to play last 6 holes in the dark, feel like we didn’t get value for money. If booking give yourself lots of time, could’ve just been a bad group that held us and others behind up as there was no one in front, overall great course would recommend just make sure you get out early

Staff very friendly & helpful especially Miriam at the hotel reservations who was very welcoming & informative about the hotels facilities upon check in, golf course in good condition and the the Back 9 is a good test for h-cappers above 14, all in all a good experience in preparation for our annual weekend away over May Day 2025, thank you Miriam & the young lad at the Pro Shoo who was very helpful, cu soon 👍🏌🏻‍♂️
