The Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club, centrally located on McMullen Booth Road a comparably short course, offering just 5,313 yards from the blue tees and a slope rating of 115. Most of the fairways are wide, making errant shots still playable. In essence, it is the ideal place to work on your golf game, to correct that nasty slice or learn to hit that oversized driver without fear of losing 100 balls. As a result, it is a favorite among novice golfers who want to be challenged but also have an enjoyable round.

Greens were punched
Only thing we didn't know before scheduling a tee time were the greens were punched. Everything else with the course was awesome. We like the lay out with some challenging holes.
Nice folks
They had just aerated greens so that was that. The fairways were in good shape! A nice course to have a relaxing day. Price was good. I’d go there again
Nice layout
It's a very nice layout for especially us older guys who maybe used to play a pretty good game, but I've lost a lot of length! Very good for the ego. The second time I played this course and the conditions are somewhere between good and excellent
Solid course in decent shape
Course was in decent shape for how dry it has been. Greens were still recovering from being aerated recently. Overall good first time at the course and will likely be back.
Greens punched 1 week ago
Fairways were in best shape I’ve ever seen them in. Everything was green. Greens had just been aerated a week ago but remained playable in. We like the layout at Chi Chi’s and that’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. In another couple of weeks when the greens have recovered this course should be near perfection. I will say the 18th is extremely difficult to play. It is my least favorite hole. Not the last memory of a course you wanted someone to come back to!

Great course great layout narrow some tough holes but fair had a great round enjoyed it a lot !!

They were aerating the greens but did not get a discount, so not a good day

A very pleasant but hot day,which made pace of play excellent. Course has been in very good condition from tee to green.I will continue to visit.
Good Condition
There have been several improvements in the landscape, making it more open and visually appealing. It’s always been well maintained and a fun experience.
A very pleasant short course
Had heard about this course but first time playing it and was very pleased. Considering our drought, it was in amazing shape. Very short course but pleasant.
Nice course
Tee boxes, fairways, greens in good shape - and bunkers well maintained. Pace of play less than 4 hrs. Friendly pro shop staff. Didn't see course rangers.
Only complaint - NO ALCOHOL allowed on course. Except for that I'd give it 5 stars for the price.
Fantastic
I love Chi Chi's! I've been golfing here for eight years now and it's THE best course around.
What Drought...
Chi Chis is always in great shape and today was no different .
Greens were great, receptive, smooth, and fast. The rest of the course was in great shape, especially considering how dry the entire area is. The staff is always friendly.
We played on a Thursday(hot deal for 39$ per person) 10.50am tee time. Finished the round in 3 hours so the pace was great.
Another perfect day on the course.
