About

The New Course at White Bluff tips out at 6,964 yards and features water on 16 of 18 holes. Plan your shots accordingly on this tricky track, as there are numerous blind water hazards that you will not know existed unless you’ve played the course before.

This course isn’t as scenic as the Old Course, with no views of the lake, but offers one picturesque par 4 that plays almost 400 yards with pond framed by a large rock bluff. Watch the finger of water that cuts in front of the green on the approach.

Getting there : From I-35 going N, get off at Exit 368A, drive W for about 17 miles to the City of Whitney, head N on FM (Farm to Market) 933 for 7 miles to the course.

Nice course, ver well kept. Today pace of play was fine, not always the case though. Staff at check in, and grill were great! If the course could get a different pro that would be great. The one they have is extremely rude. Avoid him at all costs.

Challenging but fun!

First time playing this course. We had a trio and finished within 4 hours. There were 2 singles behind us that we let play through us and once we did that there was literally no one in front or behind us. We had a great time. There is a lot of water and sand hazards on almost every hole that I could do without but overall it was a great time. Now that I have a feel for the course and which holes have hidden hazards, I know where to align myself up better. 10/10

This course was amazing I can't think of a bad thing to say about it. I loved this course and will definitely play here many more times. It's well worth the price and we'll worth the drive. It's quite close to playing at a PGA course.

With terrible drought conditions, White Bluff is keeping this course in excellent shape. Green were a little sandy but roll true.

Course was in good shape overall. Pace of play was pretty slow and there was entirely too much sand on all of the greens which made chipping and putting quite unpredictable. The pro shop and restaurant staff were awesome but no cart service on weekdays even Memorial Day Friday is a bit strange. All in all it’s a narrow course in the beginning but opens up toward the turn.
