Pleasant if unspectacular course
I played Dalton Golf and Country Club as part of the local senior men's golf society. I found the course to be in fantastic condition but a little on the bland side for my taste. It is very much a Parkland course with many holes typified by sparse, tree lined fairways on at least one side and an adjacent hole coming in the other direction. I don't think anyone would reasonably conclude that this course isn't worth playing, it certainly is. However, it isn't necessarily one I would put on my list of courses to play again "if at all possible".
Incredibly vast clubhouse by the way for those who value such things.
