Good for practice
Overall, the coarse was in good shape for the green fees paid. The greens are in average shape; however, it looks like they have been aerated recently. I would recommend to the coarse to pair players together to make playtime more fluent. We left after nine because there was a single, twosome, and another single waiting to tee off, and nobody wanted to pair up. So if you have a lot of patience and time, this is a good executive coarse for the money. To be fair, it was Memorial day today; however, last time we played there, it was pretty much the same.
Slow play
Course was crowded and that slowed down play. After three hours only got in 9 holes.
Best for casual play/beginners
I’ve been golfing since the start of March and Clear Creek has been one of the best places to develop my golf game. The par 3s all around the course have helped my iron game tremendously. The two par 4s provide enough of a challenge that anyone can play from a 4/5 iron to a driver and still have a great time on them. The staff is incredibly friendly and the course is extremely well kept for a municipal/county funded course. I would recommend this course every time if someone is looking to enjoy the game of golf.
Fun course for beginners
Fun par 3 course. The only negative was the beginner tee boxes. They were not level and hard to hit off from for beginners.
They actually were just anywhere in the fairways.
Goid fun small course
Overall condition is good some rough spots around a few greens. Tge staff is friendly . we enjoyed and will play again
Goose poop everywhere, But nice
Course is a great par 3 course with a couple par 4’s
Pace of play was great, Had a few people bouncing from hole to hole. Shape of course was really good except for the amount of goose poop in the greens.
A hot dog or brat would be really nice on the turn.
