Awesome experience! Greens were rolling nice and staff/grounds crew were very nice. Few rough spots around the track as to be expected in July but great bang for your buck at BVCC! I’ll be back to play again!
Awesome course, great staff
The course layout is great, challenging but fun. The course is kept in great condition and the staff are super friendly.
Great condition
Course was in great condition and pace of play was fine. Our foursome had an intermediate player and we still finished in 3 hours and 45 minutes. Looks like even people are finally starting to try and fix their divots.
Fun layout
My wife and I played here on vacation and I will say the greens were in good shape. Since this is a retirement community, there were some COVID related annoyances. One was there was no drink carts or coolers and zero ways to get drinks on the course. The clubhouse looks like a 1970 style layout but it was clean and open with great views from every location. The one odd thing was, you have to go to one end of the building to the pro shop and pay, then travel thru the dining area and grill outside to the other end to get a cart? Then drive back past the pro shop and around front to get your clubs. But other than the drink situation, we were paired with 2 (a father and son) that were nice guys and we had a good round. Really good food from the grill and very nice pro shop merchandise.
Hurry up and wait
Bella Vista has many great golf courses but this is not one of them. If you are booking with Golfnow, you will not be welcomed at this course. Even though this is a public course the staff and “members” act very snotty and rude to unfamiliar faces. This could be forgiven if the course was actually in good shape or had a fun layout but in reality it has neither. Half of the holes run right along side a busy interstate and the other half along side residential housing. If you’re looking to play golf in Bella Vista I recommend skipping the “country club” course and playing the Highlands or Scottsdale course instead.
Tornado Had Just Hit
This was a fun course... We actually liked it better than the highlands course. A lot of good holes and very scoreable if you are hitting it straight (I was not) Unfortunately, a tornado had moved through a week prior and there were hundreds if not thousands of trees down everywhere... It will take a long long long time to clean up. We had heard that the course was previously a little tougher but they lost many fairway trees that typically came into play. A tree on the back nine ate my 3 wood that I threw about 80 yards so watch out for falling cobra 3 woods while under trees on the back nine. The clubhouse was big but looks like it's stuck in 1988.
Decent course but not great
Course is ok but no. better than average. Staff is not very friendly or accommodating. Had a big storm come in and couldn’t play second nine but they refused to give a rain check.

Bella Vista Experience
This was my first time to the Bella Vista area. I have to say, I loved the course layouts. But the fairway conditions were horrible. Over 50 percent of the time, there was no grass under the ball when in the fairway. And when grass was present, it was questionable at best. I would suggest, during the growing in season for these Bermuda fairways, charging patrons less than rack rates for conditions of less than normal. From the statements of staff at these courses, that period only lasts a few weeks anyway. Your customer services and overall ratings would increase with that little benefit.
Great Track
Everyone from the pro shop to the grill and the starter were very friendly. Great course layout and the greens roll pure. Will definitely be back !!!
The greens were much slower compared to where I usually play. The staff was extremely personable and very professional. When I dropped my cart off after the round, I was asked if I would like a ride to where my car was parked. In that it was 100+ degrees the ride was very nice, beat the heck out of a long walk. Not a "bad" hole on the course. /.
Best of 5 in Bella Vista
Greens, fairways are legit here. Ball rolls very smooth on puts. Course layout is pretty challenging but nothing like TPC course and not very long either. Solid experience here, I thought this was in the best shape of the public courses in bella vista.

Excellent court condition.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was pace of play. Group in front of use should take up bowling
