Love this course
Great course. Always in pretty good shape. Pace of play is my only complaint, but you’ll have that on a holiday weekend. Definitely recommend.
Residential and unfriendly
Used to be a nice layout before they chopped it down from 27 holes to 18. New developments and houses line many holes which I don't like. Jogged quickly 20 feet into someone's backyard to retrieve a ball and was told by the resident I was trespassing on private property. Staff was less than friendly. Greens are in nice condition but there are many other better friendlier options.
Must Okay
The course is short based on yardage and fun. I played the back but it got too late. Our foursome had about 2.5 holes left before it got too Kate. We started at 630 and ended at 830. Enjoy the course. It’s fun and has a short yardage from the white tees overall.
fivesomes should not be allowed
fivesome in front of us was very slow. they let us go at last then a twosome got started on 10. they saw us and just hit 2 balls each. i stopped my round at that point. maybe just being picky but it got a little aggravating.
Not sure
Played Wednesday evening, took two hours and forty five mins for nine, booked 18 but walked off after nine. Booked 18 for me and a friend Saturday morning at 7:20, because I didn’t get a chance to play the back nine on weds, and I haven’t played this course in a while. Made the turn at 8:40 and we where told that “there was an outing going off the back, could play slow(very slow)on the back, get a rain check or play the front nine again. Ridiculous course/tee box management. Would never have booked here for the second time in four days if I would’ve known that. Once is understandable, things happen. And I’m not the only one that got rolled over during this BS. Really like the course, but I’m not sure if I’ll play here again
nice course
pace of play is extremely slow there without a ranger on the course. Only one tee box needs to be re-done there. It's in bad shape
Ying and yang
Course has a split personality, from the front to back nine. The front nine, part of the original layout is in pitiful condition. Bunkers are just dirt pits, paths are rough at best. Some of the creekbeds have collapsed sides, and appear abandoned. There are numerous large grassless dirt areas as well as just torn up wet areas in some fairways. The worst example is the 2nd hole. Horrible layout with a high fence 2 paces left of a 10' x 10' patch of mud they call a tee box.
The back nine is a different story. Decent layout, and other than the bunkers, pretty well maintained.
I thought the greens throughout the course were very nice, and are clearly the course's best feature
DO NOT PLAY THIS COURSE
DO NOT PLAY THIS GOLF COURSE. My church league scheduled a tee time for our outing 6+ months in advance. 72 hours prior to our outing the course cancelled our tee time and our outing was cancelled. How can you do this to a senior church gold league. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.
DO NOT PLAY THIS COUSRSE OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TEE TIME..
fun course
fairways and greens were in great shape. not a long course but still challenging.
