Very Mediocre
I will preface this with it was the last really good looking weather day of the year, but it was an absolute mess. No starter, no one at the counter for drinks or food, and the pace of play was just horrendous. All of that aside, the course was really simple and did not have a lot of challenge.
Fast greens, worth it in Oct
I'm a 7 handi, first time playing the course: definitely the fall course to play. The greens were fast, ran true, and lots of undulation and slopes. Definitely be under the hole.
Front 9: tight, tree and house lined. Must keep ball in play.
Back 9: more open easier to play.
Overall: a steal if you find a hot deal. Just get out early! People are playing this course more and it gets crowded after 11
Nice spot
We played on a Friday evening. Not too busy though the people in front of us had a wild shot that hit our cart. Then another person almost hit us as well and also a young kid tried to sell us lost balls that he had found. Such an odd mix of things..! The sun is setting earlier and we actually couldn’t play the 9th hole because it was too dark, but it was a good length and a fairly wide open course.
Great local course in good shape for the area.
This is officially my favorite course in the area, fairways and 1st cuts on the fairway rough are clearly identified. No 3 foot tall grass right off the fairway like other courses near here.
Appreciate the staffs friendly advice and manners.
Pace of play was good, wasn’t rushed, but didn’t take 5-6 hours to do 18.
Good course
Not real long, have to be pretty accurate on much of it. It’s a housing development course so plan on riding. I walked and it’s possible but I was the only walker I saw. Decent not great shape, properties along the course in nice condition. No complaints here except my double bogey on 18 to give me 91 oh well.
Fun course, but VERY slow
Course was in overall good condition with a fun layout. I wouldn’t play it at full price though. First tee box we were the 3rd group WAITING to tee off. Pace stayed that way through 18, and makes for a rather long day. You’re waiting on every hole, then feel rushed because there’s just as many groups waiting behind you.
Much nicer than I thought it would be
Very well kept. Greens rolled nicely. Pace of play was good. I played in about 4 hours. Fairways all in good shape. For $38, not a bad deal at all.
It’s a tough course if you miss fairways though. Some of the holes are fairly tight driving holes. But if you can keep it in the fairway, it’s a great course.
