Wyandot Golf & Dining
About
Wyandot Golf & Dining (previously known as Wyandot Golf Course) has a versatile playability that appeals to a variety of players from beginners to more advanced golfers looking to work on their short game. Although it is player-friendly enough for those without much experience, there are plenty of trees along the fairways and sand bunkers bordering the greens that present formidable challenges. Despite having some densely wooded areas, some holes are more open and forgiving towards errant shots. There are also ponds and streams throughout the course that come into play on almost half of the holes. The terrain is mostly flat with only a few mild undulations, making it an enjoyable golf course to walk. The speed on Wyandot's medium-sized greens depends on the season but they are always in good condition.

20 bucks for 18 holes and a cart? Sign me up
For the money here you can't beat it. Greens were a little burnt and fairways needed some work but for 20 bucks for 18 holes its absolutely a steal
Horrible course condition
This is one of the worst kept courses that I have played on in the last 5 years. Extremely dry. Everything including the green. Patches of dirt and no grass all over this course. Good luck hitting anything from the rough. To make matters worse they were clearly overbooked and there was a waiting line at every tee box. I do not recommend this course to anyone.
Country golf
Great value, fairways could use some more attention but greens had fair speed, ponds on many holes made the second shot more difficult to reach the pins, recommend to new golfers to experienced golfers
Good value
Course was not too bad. Good for the value especially on a weekend. Pace of play was pretty slow with a few groups of 5 and a group of walkers which slowed play.
Great value
Greens were rolling true, fairways was nice and pace of play was perfect
Very friendly staff
Per some of the older reviews on here, I’ve been golfing at the course for the last year or so fairly frequently. They staff is always nice. My friend forgot a range finder one day, and he was able to call and they went and checked every cart until they found it. I booked the wrong day on accident through golf now, and the owner still let me sneak in between groups at the time I showed up when she very easily could’ve told me I was out of luck. Major improvements to the course condition to open 2021 as well, this course is still the best bang for you buck, locally (family) owner course around!
Worth a shot
Decent course and layout. Hard to review since it was a bit cool and windy. Would like to try it again under better circumstances but the pace of play was nice as were the staff.
Fall Ball
Had fun playing.
Fairways were in rough shape & some of the greens were covered in leaves.
Greens were rolling fast.
Waste of time and money.
Just drop some balls in a pasture and say you played here.
Rude hillbilly’s
This has to be the worst group of people I’ve meet at any golf coarse in 30 years. The staff was rude and abrasive from the time our group walked into the mold filled building. They offered me a 5 day old turkey and cheese sandwich or a 3 day old roller grill hot dog.
The “superintendent” was bragging about his craft of keeping the coarse up which was hilarious considering all the water on the whole coarse was covered completely with algae. The smell from the water was so overwhelming we had to pull out our masks to prevent from vomiting. We didn’t play the whole round because of the horrible experience. Players behind us we intoxicated and hitting into our group the entire time. We voiced our experience to the manager and she didn’t care one bit. I told her that I would be reviewing this coarse with a negative review and she said “ I really don’t care, our players don’t even use the internet and asked us to leave.
Save your time, money and the nice gold outing you had planned. Pay 10 dollars more and go to another coarse.
Great place to polish up your game!
The greens are in pretty good shape. As many have mentioned, the fairways were in need of some care. I would challenge anyone to find a daily fee, public course in better shape at this price! Not crowded, so you can pair up or join a group needing a 4th. I went solo and was able to work on a bunch of chip shots and try 2 putters. You can work on almost every shot possible without holding up play. If you want to blow through your 18 holes quickly, fire away! Kinder weather and not having a pandemic would have helped a skeleton crew trying to keep golf going. Great weather helped make this round very enjoyable. Give it a try!
