About
The Harbor Pines Golf Club is a public facility that boasts an 18-hole, four-star golf course with subtle, breaking greens that provide a challenge for all golfers. The holes are very private and the fairways are wide and open.
The environment friendly course is a local favorite and is considered among women to be one of the best courses for women to play on. The beautiful natural landscape with seventeen acres of water and 520 acres of forestry has even been certified as an National Audubon Sanctuary. The relatively flat course does offer challenges for experienced golfers but it will not be too difficult for intermediate or beginning golfers. Both the 16th and 17th holes are difficult par-4's and the course has various hazards scattered throughout.

December golf
Course is in great shape (except for aerating greens)
the leaves were clear and the fairways were great.
Cart path only
we did way to much walking for some reason it was cart path only for the whole coarse. greens were lumpy from aeration frustrating to say the least. we would have been better off with hand carts. not coming back
course was being aerated
cart path only meant we walked a ton. if we knew ahead of time I would have brought my hand cart. I checked walked above because it was a wide course and we did a lot of walking
December golf
The staff at Harbor Pines are excellent!
It is not easy to keep fairways and greens clear of leaves, yet they did a great job.
PS the food is very good in the Grill Room.
We will be back.

Decent Winter Golf
The course overall wasn’t in bad shape. We drove about a hour and a half and it wasn’t bad at all. The layout was very nice I thought. The greens were aireated a couple weeks ago I’ve heard but honestly the sand and holes are bad if it’s been a couple weeks. Decent amount of sand on the greens. The course otherwise wasn’t in the worst shape and considering it’s the middle of December I think a 3.5/4 out of 5 is fair. Will expect much better during the summer. The course has lots of potential to be a great track.
Pleasantly Surprised!
First time playing here and I must say I enjoyed my round! Course layout was nice. Course was aerated recently, but greens rolled nice enough. Once they grow back, the greens will be fast and true. I’m def. going to ply again soon!

Tees and fairways were beautiful the greens haven’t come back fully yet, I took my son as a ride along to teach him as a caddy with a good friend and because we had to take another cart the gentleman charged me full rate of another cart which I felt totally unfair because no other country club has done to me, other clubs thought the idea was wonderful that I was getting the younger ones involved outdoors. So in all likelihood because of him we won’t play there again
Great day for December golf
Course conditions were fairly good considering whole course had been recently aerated.
Greens were a little bumpy in spots, but still played OK.
Decent weather for December made for enjoyable day of golf.
Missed hole in one on number 11 by just over 1 foot. Shot was dead on the stick and just stopped short. Senior golfer 74 years old hit a perfect 7 wood on the hole. I did putt out and made the birdie. Just wish it had taken two more rolls.
SLOW PLAY/OVERBOOKED
Nice course, but we signed up as a 2 some NOT A 4 some. Forced to have 2 more tag along who were NOVICE and slowed play to the extreme!
Also the T-Times were OVERBOOKED running course behind schedule.
1 PM T time and at 4.30 still not pat 15.

Great course, just needed the leaves blown off the fairway’s. But it is the fall after all lol

8 minute tee times. Aeration not mentioned prior to booking. No attempt to clear away leaves on the course. Very slow playing conditions
