Brookledge Golf Club
About
Brookledge Golf Club sprawls across more than 120 acres of gently rolling hills and mature woodlands. The course is an Arthur Hills design and considered one of the finest public golf courses in northeast Ohio. Originally opened in 1988, the course later underwent a major renovation that included the installation of a new aeration system and the replacement of all the sand traps. The golf course is challenging with trees lining the fairways and framing the greens, leaving little room for error off the tees or on the approaches. The greens are subtly elevated and well protected by mounding and bunkers. Brookledge Golf Club's tricky putting surfaces have mild undulations that can cause subtle breaks in putts. Trees play a more prominent role on the back nine, especially on the closing holes.

putting greens are pock marked
Great Layout but greens are not being kept up. too many ball marks not repaired.

Hidden Gem
It might not be hidden to everyone but it was to me. This course was awesome. It was not over powering long which for an average hitter I loved it. My only complaint was out of their control. It was so beastly hot I could not really enjoy it, but I will definitely play again, and hopefully play often.
I don't always leave great reviews, but in this case I just cant say enough good things.

Disappointing round
Don't know what the starter was thinking but placed two players playing by themselves behind several larger groups. Wouldn't have mattered if the grumpy players before us would have let us play through, we still would have been lagging all day.

Great track in great shape
Course couldn’t be in nicer condition. Greens were really fast and tricky. Not a long course but they make up for it with the challenging greens. Only weird thing is the driving range balls are by the club house not by the building next to the driving range. Friendly staff, will return

Almost perfect
The course is always in excellent shape fairways, greens and rough. The layout is great for walking and all skill levels because of the tee locations. The only negative thing about this course is pace of play. Hard to get a round in under 5 hours. If you tee off first you will be stuck behind multiple groups after the turn as they let anyone start on the back nine as well. They are always busy and maybe because of that you have to settle for slow play. Staff is good minus one guy, in particular the golf pro Eric is a great guy and has earned my repeat business.

Great Day
Went mid week with my 14 year old son asks had a great day. Course was in good shape, had a half hour rain delay at hole 14 but we were able to finish. Every staff member I dealt with was very friendly and I would definitely play here again

Very busy
I get up early so as to be one of the first on the course only to come to a back up on the back 9.
Not fair to let leagues go out on the back 9 & slow down the play so much. It was so slow I skipped the last two holes.
Happened to us too ! A projected 90 degree day and we booked a 7:10 am tee time to beat the heat. Made the turn and was going to have to wait for a league that was starting on the back nine . So we asked the starter if we could skip in front of them but he said he couldn't promise he could let us in rotation back at 10 when we got back. Se it was okay if we make the turn and have to wait for a league but it wouldn't be okay if someone else would have to wait for us...I guess ?
