Delaware Golf Club

This was the first time I had played this course and it exceeded my expectations. Course was in great shape. It is challenging course with lots of hills. Greens were speedy with lots of breaks and slopes. They rolled very true and were a lot of fun to putt on. You do not see greens like these around the Columbus area. Great course and look forward to playing it again.

I've played the course a number of times and it is a challenge on several holes. Problem is too many pokey Joes out there. A number let me play through as a courtesy but some are just stodgey and take forever to play one hole. It would help if a ranger helped move them along.

Best course I have played all year. Very nice from the putting green to the actual course. Challenging as well without feeling like its unfair

Always amazed by the pristine condition of the course for the money. Hands down one of the best courses in central ohio. Would play it 7 days a week!!

Weather was great and the course was in pristine condition. The pace of play was good. We took my cousin who is from Cleveland and never saw the course and he was very impressed with the course.

Lined fairways with mature trees. Will be back soon.

I played this course about 5 years ago and thought the condition of the original course was not that good when it was private. Played it again this weekend and the original 9 was in much better condition and the greens were very nice and well kept along with the nice tight fairways. Bunkers were well kept. I see many course around Columbus where the bunkers are neglected on some very nice courses.

The downside was I can't remember the last time I played a round the lasted over 5 hours, to be exact it was 5:20. Very slow pace of play, no ranger in site to keep things moving. No reason for this and it may be a while before I consider going back.

The course was in great shape and has a nice layout.

I loved this course although some of the holes are very challenging. The fairways are fantastic and the rest of the course is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this course if you can get a good deal if you are looking for a great challenging course.

Really fun, challenging course. Excellent condition, some of the best greens I've seen in a while. Good mix of holes, definite difference in feel between the front and Ross back nine. I especially like the par 5's. 11th hole a bear from the back tees. I'll definitely play again. Great value for the money.

For those golfers that have not played Delaware Golf Club in years, now might be a good time to tee it up. I rate courses based on Bang for your Buck and Delaware offers Good Value!
The course was in good condition, greens were excellent - rolled true and held shots. Played from the tips and enjoyed the layout. Good design blend of old and new (Donald Ross/Hurdzan). Country club experience without the membership dues. I will be teeing it up here again!

Played this course after it rained all night and it drained well. Greens and fairways were in good shape.

I would recommend to anyone! Great greens and fairways. One of my 10 favorite in Central OH. Course gives you highs and lows! A must play!

This is a course I will be playing again. Course was in great shape, and the greens were some of the best kept in the area. I truly enjoyed playing this golf course. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great round of golf. It plays shorter than some courses, but the larger greens put an emphasis on precise wedge and short iron play. Friendly staff, and beautiful club house.

Overall course is in very good shape. Greens are quick and smooth.

This course is set up like a PGA tour course, minus the distance. It's about 6900 from the tips, so it's about 300-500 yards shy of that. However, the fairways are very undulating. You rarely have a flat lie. The bunkers are painfully deep. Try not to hit a bunker. Not even a green side one. There are enough doglegs and benders to keep the shot shapers happy. The fairways play very firm too. A good drive could earn 20-30 yards of roll.

The one negative about this course is the groundskeepers. About 50% of my round involved hearing yet another mower or weed-wacker. Some were good about turning their equipment off while I played, yet others seem to not care at all. Granted, I only paid $20 to ride this course with Golf Now, but the standard rate is over $40. If I paid that, I'd be a little upset.

Great track, greens were in great shape but a little slower than usual. This course has some great and challenging holes.

Super nice course! Play can be challenging. I had a very good time. Floating range balls and fine clubhouse makes for a rich feel. Winding course with hills and unique holes make for a great day of golf.

Big difference in the two sides - both enjoyable, but one side clearly an old Ross design and the other a newer, modern design.
Condition was very good for this time of year with the greens not quite fully healed from aeration. The greens speed up considerably as they heal and dry out. This is a very fun place to play that is very affordable and very convenient.
