Sporty course
Sporty course with good greens .. looks like they’re trying to get the pine back in shape. It’s always been a fun track now the rough is penal and deep in spots. Keep up the good work
Course is not worth the money
Course is not worth the money. I got a.hot deal for 26 for 18 and a cart. To me this course is not worth more then 20 a round. Course was rough. They also sent out a a group of six in front of us. Staff was the best part.
Mature playable course with some surprises
Fun course, some challenging holes with water, trees, narrow fairways and natural hazards. Will not hold standing water or wetness in areas against course considering amount of rain we’ve had. Pretty course tucked away in Grafton very close to North Ridgeville. Would play again for $25 or less.
First Time
Decent pace of place, nice layout, small hard greens, less than average overall condition.
Really disappointng
Was in such great shape last year, this is disappointing. Fairways are dead/mud, terrible conditions. Was a great course but I guess FGM got my money so why do they care. Nice hearing guy in clubhouse arguing with Pepsi delivery guy about paying the bill. I would avoid, even at 14 bucks.
Beautiful Shape
Having played this course many times over the past few I’m pleased to say it was in great shape. The staff has done a great job of breathing life into this place.
Some fun holes
Had heavy rain past two days so course was still drying out. A few interesting holes for sure but pretty straightforward overall. A fun course for beginners.
Great overall course
Easy to play, fun and challenging. Both for the beginner and the advanced player. Perfectly manicured course with super greens. Would highly recommend this course to any golfer !
Nice older course
Older course that has been maintained well. Greens are in very good condition. Tee boxes need some attention. Staff is very freindly. Will be back in future.
Older course with charm
Older course that we enjoyed playing. Staff was very friendly and helpful in many ways. Greens were very nice. Some of the fairways were being maintained and some still need some work. Tee boxes were not in good shape. Will be back, good deal for the money.
Fun course. Take advantages of geography to make for some intresting holes.
Tee boxes uneven and pretty beat up. Need leveled out. You can tell they are working hard to repair water damaged spots from earlier in the year. I would play there again.
Very nice course!
I was pleasantly surprised when I played here at Pine Brook. I did not even know this course was so near me and when I went to play it, I soon found out that it is a gem of a golf course. Tees, fairways and greens were nicely manicured, The course itself is tough but also forgiving. Water comes into play on a few holes but the major obstacles are the trees which makes for a picturesque round of golf. This is somewhere I intend to play more often and have already played again since my first time there. Cannot wait to get back for another round. Highly recommended.
Wouldnt play again
Course is in terrible shape. Staff is rude. Was going to the bathroom at the turn and starter yelled at me for taking too long and slowing the pace of play. The 'fairways' are mud roads.
Solo morning player
I go out first thing in the morning and play by myself. I love going to Pine Brook! The staff is really friendly from the club house to the grounds crew. Some of the fairways have some damage, but I would say overall the course is in good shape.
Good Deal for what we Paid
For what we paid ($20) with the Golf Now Hot deal it was a good bargain. If I had to pay the actual approx. $38, I would have been really disappointed. The tee boxes and the majority of the fairways are in pretty rough shape. It looks to be from all the rain and letting carts out. The greens were in good shape. As I mentioned before 18 and a cart for $20 is a great deal, but I wouldn't pay more than that to play this course.
Nice Little Course
It's short and fairly easy overall. There are some challenging holes. One of the par 3 was 233 to the flag. The guy I was playing with had to hit his driver. The greens are very nice and not flat. The fairways need some work, but I think it's from that weird July weather we had. It's probably a little too short from the white tees, but the blues are adequate distances. I'd play there again.
