About
Although Homestead Springs Golf Course is just a few minutes southeast of Columbus, the surrounding countryside provides an idyllic atmosphere. It has a convenient location that is easily accessible from Central Ohio. The course is mostly flat, which makes it easy to walk, but there is some strategic mounding that can cause tricky uneven lies. Overall though, the golf course is not meant to pose an impossible challenge. It has an approachable, player-friendly layout that was designed for all skill levels to enjoy, but there are still a variety of challenges that will keep you on your feet. The course boasts excellent green conditions with putting surfaces that roll fast and true. The greens vary in size from small to medium. Water hazards come into play as well as a few strategically placed bunkers.

Great Day For Golf!
The day was great, played O.K., enjoyed every bit of the game, will always return, at least weekly for a friendly round of golf.
Well-maintained, pleasant, and staff-friendly course
Two of us played Blue Tee 6463 yard, course rating 70.7. Front 9:2961 yard. Back 9: 3502 yard.
Course is well maintained with wide fairway. Green is on the slow side.
While Front 9 is relatively short, challenges come with creeks and green on on the uphill. Trees also come into play. Back 9 is long with 2 Par 3 holes with 190-yard long. The 18th hole is 615 yard. Challenge and sense of pleasant feeling come when you shoot and place ball on the fairway on the back 9 as I did very well.
This is a wonderful course for a family, friends, women, as well as those who are experienced golfers with a bit of patience in slow play (4 and 1/4 hour).
Excellent value with $17.50 with cart. Staff members are friendly. When I arrived, all I have to mention my tee-up time. The staff member was ready and handed the cart key.

Great place to learn the game.
Very flat, easily walkable. Pretty wide open, so would be good for beginners. Staff is extremely friendly. Greens perfect! Fairways good.

Literally shocked by the condition of the course. It was very well maintained and a pleasure to play. I got caught behind the slowest group of golfers in history, buy other than that the course was fantastic!

A challenging, but not to difficult of a course. Very well kept and greens were in good shape

Course in good shape. Pace of play was slow. Possibly over booked. Fairways are forgiving and well maintained
Great value
Played on a Golfnow discount so value was great. Course was in very good condition. We got to tee off early and played in about three hours. Front nine is easier than back but both are fun. Probably too easy for really good golf ears but great for us duffers.

pretty course
Overall the course is in great shape, greens are a bit slow for my liking but rolled true. This is a scenic tree lined golf course with some tight tee shots. Not overly long but you should keep it near the fairway. The front nine played very fast however when I made the turn I was surprised to find a wait to tee off on 10. It remained that way waiting on every hole and every shot until I just gave up and left the course on 16. I got a good deal but if I paid full price this would of really upset me . overall its a fun course, some really really small greens on some holes and I enjoyed the round until I made the turn.

Course is not overly challenging but it is fun and well maintained.

Course in great shape, greens slow but true, pace of play. 4 hr 15 min. Great value for the money. Need to take water out on course, no fountains or water to drink on the course.

Great course
This is a great course with some easy holes and some challenging ones to balance it out. Short par 4s and par 5s are balanced by a nice big dogleg on number 9 as well as a 600+ yard hole to close.
Very little elevation change make this a great walking course
Great Value
Forgiving but interesting course, great for beginners/intermediate golfers. Wide fairways, few well placed hazards. I've played here multiple times because of the great value. Fun place to play a social round with golfers of different skill level.
Fun course
Course was in good shape. A couple of really dry greens and tee boxes, but I did have an afternoon tee time so it was understandable. Nice and open course, you shouldn't lose a lot of balls. Greens were reasonably tough as well.
