Minerals Golf Club is one of seven courses offered by Crystal Springs Resort, which includes Ballyowen -- the top rated course in New Jersey and Crystal Springs, which is ranked as one of the 50 toughest courses in the country. Minerals Golf Club manages to stand out despite being such good company. This Robert Trent Jones-designed layout has ranked in the top 12 short courses in the country and it is known locally as the best nine-hole golf course in the area. The course sits at the base of Hamburg Mountain, sprawling across lush rolling hills. The layout is both scenic and challenging with a blend of natural hazards and strategically placed bunkers coming into play. The course offers a fair challenge that is player-friendly enough for juniors and beginners, making it an ideal round for families.

Could've been better, great bang for your buck though
I got the hot deal on golf now for 18 holes and a cart for $20 a person. Can't go wrong right? Well the greens aren't ready for play...I couldn't even put the ball...you putt left, the ball goes right...you put straight, the ball bounces like a super ball. I would've had a better chance kicking the ball into the hole the way these greens were...BUT it was $20 for 18 holes and cart so I guess that's a good deal? Fairways were ok, wasnt too crowded. Probably won't go back since I live an hour away.
This course great value for the money
The course is in great shape,we maintained fairways and greens; play moves rather well and greens can be challenging.
Great Starter Course
I love this course because I never feel pressure to keep my pace up. It's a great family course. Are for the price you can't beat it!
Good course to learn on
Brought my daughter who is a beginner. She felt very comfortable as the course was not crowded and not intimidating.
