Solid course. Good value. Greens were recently aerated , otherwise it was in good shape

Morning dew and rain on the back 9 meant very slow greens. My only gripe with the course was with some of the seams in the greens and perhaps the amount of water in the sand traps. Other than that, the fairways were beautiful and the rough was in good shape.

Greens aerated & Fairways Tee box grass is killer May be due to too much rain

Disappointing to show up for a 7:05 tee time at 6:45 and be the first car in the parking lot. The ONLY car. Then put on shoes and walk up to the clubhouse only to wait for someone to open. He arrived at 6:55 and opened at 7 with an attitude - not cool

I know they have MUCH work to do - the course is in HORRIBLE shape thanks to previous ownership - so the last thing you need is a bad attitude. I’d be darn sure that each and every employee is full of sunshine and good cheer.

Tee time was 3:52 and we were there, on time, and there were 2 foursomes ahead of us waiting to tee off... this place is a joke. Never going back

This may be the worst managed course I’ve ever played. It felt like they were purely concerned with making as much money as possible. To begin, tee times are spread out 8 minutes apart. Especially at a muni course, that means you will be waiting on every tee box. As far as course conditions, they weren’t great either. For some reason they decided it would be smart to PUNCH THE GREENS RIGHT BEFORE THE WEEKEND. Again, the management seems content with putting profits over playability. The greens were like putting on asphalt. Sand traps are all either muddy or overgrown with weeds. Fairways aren’t bad though. Overall, definitely not a $40 course. Read the reviews others have put on here. This is a bad muni course.

Aerated Greens and Sand Traps are pure dirt. But overall, the fairways are in great condition. Clearly, being late in the season, the tee boxes will not be perfect. They should not charge full price due to the conditions ($66 on weekend). More like a $35 course.

Got the run down here from a worker, new owner bought the course in October, and the old owners really let it go in the time they we’re looking to sell. New owner put in all new tee boxes and will be putting new bunkers and much needed drainage in this off season(they are piece mailing rather than all at once). Course has a phenomenal layout, and I’ll give the owner a full year with owning the course so he can put HIS vision into it before I judge the conditions, because again it was just bought less that one year ago.

Greens were aerated and no one said a word and still charged $60!!!!! They were cutting the grass on almost every hole half the tee boxes weren’t cut. You couldn’t even put absolutely horrible

This place is in such bad shape, they should pay you to play. Luckily it was dead because of rain but the greens, fairways, bunkers and tee boxes were the worst I’ve seen ever. Been playing for 20 years.

The best part is this entire experience was the men’s room. I walked right in, didn’t have to wait. The aroma was clean and the tile floor and wall were nice and they matched. There are three urinals and two stalls. I had my choice. I chose the third urinal against the wall. I finished and washed my hands. The soap was plenty and I used the paper towels vs the dryer. I splurged. I threw my paper towels in the trash and I was done. It was awesome. If you have to go to the rest room and you are close to this course, then stop here and use it. You won’t be disappointed.

If you want to play golf, then go anywhere but here.

Bunkers were unplayable.

First time playing At this facility and would never recommend this to anyone. The greens were atrociously and in irrigation with no water flow.. a normal two put might go 3-4.. Pace was terrible took over 4 hours. Been to multiple Jersey courseS with no complaints. From philly and rather play at any public course on this side of the bridge then here.

What a joke $70. Every green was sand sand traps were mud or concrete. I can’t believe they have the audacity to charge $70. Do not ever play here. Should have a refund

This is one of the worst maintained courses I’ve ever played. The bunkers has weeds growing in them. The tee books are all sand. The greens are a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Guy in proshop is grumpy. Course conditions are average at best. Greens were aerated with 1/2 holes and there was no warning of that. No sand at least to fill those holes in...and bunkers are filled with weeds and hard a a rock. No machine has seen those bunkers since early spring.

The last time we played here was bad but this is really bad now. The traps are mostly hard pan and stagnant water. The fairways are beat mostly weeds and hard pan dirt. There are some holes that are so bad you have to pick up and place outside the muddy areas. We were behind two men that played from the tips that had trouble reaching the ladies tees. In front of them were a four some that played so slow we ended up skipping two holes and still played in 4 hour 30 mins.
