Grounds crew needs to learn etiquette
Course is nice and was having a great round, but got very annoyed when I watched a grounds crew person in a large lawnmower sitting on his phone not cutting until we got into the fairway and he decided to start mowing the fairway we were on. Didn’t even stop while we were swinging. Literally mowed 5ft behind us with no regard for us.

One to AVOID for now
I do not typically write reviews, but this place is in such poor condition it is only fair for others to be warned. I can not understand how anyone writing a recent review on this course had anything positive to say about the shape the course is currently in.
Greens = Awful, and not aerated, just in pitiful shape to the point where you had to get lucky to make even a short putt bc the ball would bounce rather than roll.
Tee Boxes = Awful, as bad as the greens
Fairways and rough = also bad, but could be forgiven if the greens were decent
Bunkers = What Bunkers! There were things that looked like they were supposed to be bunkers but they were filled with dirt/mud and weeds. The last time sand was put into these had to be ten years ago minimum.
This is currently a 25 dollar track and we paid 66, I was not expecting it to be a resort course, but for 66 it should be in some sort of decent shape. We were expecting it to equal or be similar to something like Golden Pheasant, but it was just so much worse.
We have played here before several years ago and it was much better. We will never go back bc the price just made you feel very ripped off and there are so many other nicer places to play for 60-70 dollars. Yes it was a Saturday, but this place has absolutely no business charging a cent over 50 bucks on a weekend and it should be 20-30 during the week.

Absolutely horrible shape! I had played there before and felt it was a decent layout but the course is in such bad shape I will never be back. And as far as the one man operation in the pro shop,you can get more personality out of a ball machine.

First time playing, layout was great and conditions were excellent. Bunkers are only thing that need to be upgraded but told that is in the plans. Thanks for a great day

Good value
Solid course. Good value. Greens were recently aerated , otherwise it was in good shape
Rancocas Golf Club
Morning dew and rain on the back 9 meant very slow greens. My only gripe with the course was with some of the seams in the greens and perhaps the amount of water in the sand traps. Other than that, the fairways were beautiful and the rough was in good shape.

New management has their work cut out for them
Disappointing to show up for a 7:05 tee time at 6:45 and be the first car in the parking lot. The ONLY car. Then put on shoes and walk up to the clubhouse only to wait for someone to open. He arrived at 6:55 and opened at 7 with an attitude - not cool
I know they have MUCH work to do - the course is in HORRIBLE shape thanks to previous ownership - so the last thing you need is a bad attitude. I’d be darn sure that each and every employee is full of sunshine and good cheer.
