Golfer Reviews
Winter golf
Greens and fairways in good shape . Sand in the traps and has new fencing and some new cart paths. .Had a nice round. Friendly staff.
Rancocas on a weekend
Frost delay early set us an hour back which is what it is but once we got out there slowest pace of play I’ve ever seen. Just over crowded, way too many groups on a tight course. Got to the halfway house for worst pork roll
Egg and cheese ever. Group in front waiting on the 10th box me and my bro were like forget this and just left.
House Hazards
Started at 12:20 ended at 4:20 on hole 15. Slow pokes in front of us but the course wants the Cart back by 4:45 (probably due to daylight savings).
Plan accordingly..
if you shank right be careful entire course has very close houses.
Leaves everywhere!
Busy course on a warm October weekday. Pace was very slow, but not as annoying as loosing many good balls under leaves. Expected some off the fairways, but several greens were covered with leaves too. Maybe half price would be appropriate for the season and conditions.
Great course, tough time of year
I enjoyed this course a lot. My whole group suffered from the leaves but that's to be expected with the fall. I hope to golf here again but will be waiting until Spring as it is clear that they do not clear leaves. I lost multiple balls on the fairway along with a good amount in the rough. None of these were balls that would be tough to find on a normal day but the leaves made it impossible to find.
My only compaint is that they should have someone clearing leaves weekly if not every few days. It's not a cheap round of golf so I expected a bit more on that front. Other than that, beautiful course with polite, friendly staff.
Not the nicest track
Really kind of blah. Fairways not good and bunkers incosistent with some soft and fluffy and others hard pan. Driving range has beat up old mats to hit off of.
It’s a real shame the golfers who play this course don’t respect the work this club has done. The greens were littered with ball marks, some of the worst I’ve ever seen at any course this year.
A few tweaks from perfection
Greens were in fantastic shape bunkers were good minus a few big rocks. They have starters but lack of rangers so pace of play can get brutal. Group in front of us was so slow that we couldn’t see the group in front of them for 3 holes at least. My only real tweak would be swapping the nines back to how it was with #1 being next to the driving range. Most public golfers are hacks and the 9 holes on the driving range side are easy to warm up on before going at the brute of 9 on the club house side.
Interesting layout
Design presents challenges as many narrow fairways but can recover.
