About
Cumberland Trail Golf Club is a par-72, Championship layout course that was designed by the Hurdzan/Fry Design team in the year 2000. The golf course offers five different sets of tees tipping it to over 7,200 yards providing an equal challenge for any golfer. Since its opening, Cumberland Trail Golf Club has been known for having the "Best Greens in Columbus." Cumberland not only provides the experience of putting on tour greens, it now provides the overall golf experience every golfer desires when they step out of their car at the golf course.

Course was in great shape! Bunker renovation was much needed and all that are complete are excellent
Perfect greens...no more?
This course has long been a favorite to many of people in the area. Usually priced appropriately, a good amount of difficulty for your decent weekend player (not for hacks). However, the once praised greens were lacking this time. They were plenty fast. Almost too fast. But the greens that used to putt so true were marred by unexplainable breaks and wiggling lines. They were very difficult to read and trust for this round. Hopefully they will come back despite the high amount of traffic this course gets. This round: 4 hours 50 minutes. OUCH!
Great experience
The course was in perfect shape except for the fairway bunkers they are working on. It looks like they are turning them into tall grass bunkers which will be very difficult to hit out of. Everything was fantastic from the starter to having beverage girls out going around on a Wednesday, which is very rare.

Best Greens in Town
The course is in fantastic shape, and the greens are smooth and fast. They are still upgrading some of the bunkers, and once they’re finished with that this course will be amazing.

Enjoyable round
Course has pretty open fairways with lots of room. Not overly difficult. Course is in great shape, especially for the winter. Very friendly staff.

Beautifully Slow
Beautiful course and weather, but a 5.5 hour round was difficult. Always waiting for at least 1 group on the tees.

Solid outing
The greens make this course. They run fast and firm. There is just enough variety in the layout to keep it interesting. Staff is nice

Course is in great shape other than the greens. They are currently sanded which makes putting a challenge. Should be great in a few weeks.
