Reid Park Golf Club - North Course

Played alone and had one twosome offer to allow me to play thru. Light mist most of the day, not bothersome. Yee boxes fine, greens rolling. Only item may be the traps that were a tad bit under repair from all the rain we recently experienced. This is one of my goto courses. It never disappoints. A few holes where golf course management definitely comes into play like hole 9, 11, 15 and 16. North over south course at Reid Park.

First time playing the North Course after having played the South before, and I really enjoyed it. North is a very challenging layout, particularly on approach shots, and the greens will definitely test you. It’s easy to see why the course has previously hosted a U.S. Amateur qualifier.

For early September, the course was in very respectable condition and offered a lot of value for the price. Definitely one I’d recommend among the public courses in the greater Dayton area if you’re looking for a good combination of challenging golf, solid conditions, and reasonable rates.

Fairways were in great shape for early September. Greens were a bit hairy as they had been aerated the week before. Tee boxes in decent shape. Sand traps are a free drop - they are in disrepair. Course has some blind shots but is a good layout. Lots of old trees. Nice staff. Affordable beer.

Course has really rounded into shape at a time of year it usually dries out. Greens rolled the best they have all season.

I loath to say it for fear of bringing more people out, but Reid is a great place to play. I prefer the undulations of the north course but enjoy both.

I love this GC because of the layout on natural beauty.

I saw so many white clovers in most rough area and I couldn’t hit well out of those area. They should put more effort to remove white clovers.

Putting Green was extremely slow.

Once they make improvements on those areas, I would love to come back and play.

Always enjoy playing the North Course but it was not in the best condition. Parts of the course seemed dried out, other parts seemed water-logged. Several areas of fairway were roped off under repair. Hopefully these are just temporary issues, because the place is usually top notch this time of year.

I did everything on line except payment, it took me a little over 10 minutes when got to counter. Guys were too slow.

The course was in ok shap, fairways and rough were in good shape. The greens need some work, but the sand traps were beyond bad, embarrassing. All the bunkers had zero sand, was raked dirt with rocks in them, alot of rocks.

Two two-somes were very gracious in allowing this single to play thru. The course is in great shape. The backside after 2 holes hit the skids. All was good just not a quick as the front. Course conditions were great.

Course was in good shape considering all the rain we've had, very rough cart paths-extremely rough cart paths!!! Greens firm and moderate speed , fairways beautiful

The course was very wet due to approximately six inches of rain in the last week. Traps were destroyed obviously. My only issue is what happened to gold tees? It leaves a 1100 yard gap between tee boxes. That makes one two long and one two short for many seniors.

I always love coming to this course and playing the north course. Such a fun layout and course

Good course challenging for high handicap player but fun. Rough eats balls

Nice course for the price, spread out quite a bit, and has some hills throughout that can make it a little more difficult. I loved the course though will definitely play here again.
