Great hidden gem
Don't trust the reviews from a long time ago. Best greens in the county and flat elevated tee boxes Brad (GM) will take great care of you!
Nothing to write home about...
Fairways and greens well maintained and in great shape. Rough is hard pan. Boring course, not much character.
SLOW pace of play. HORRIBLE attitude towards customers.
I played a round there on Sunday, July 28th. We had a twosome and had a tee time for 1:15 pm. The first two holes took us 2 hours to play. On the 4th hole, the ranger was speaking to the group in front of us on the tee and I asked if the course had lights and he said yes they would turn them on. I questioned him about the pace of play, but he assured me all morning groups came in at 4.5 hours. He wasn't monitoring pace at all and didn't seem to care at all about doing his job. We finished our round at 6:48 pm after spending all day waiting for a couple scrambling foursomes in front of us taking forever with every shot. Other groups behind us left the course because of how slow the play was.
In addition, there was no water on the course, the pop machine on the course didn't take $ bills, and there was no beverage cart.
After the round, I went to the clubhouse to complain about the slow pace and all the guy did was shrug his shoulders and had no response. This course will NEVER get my business ever again.
