Great Round!
Hot day, played pretty bad but it was still enjoyable because the staff was excellent and course was challenging and in good condition considering the summer drought.

too many bird droppings for how much I'm paying
there was a few holes where it was disgusting. if I'm paying this much money, the course should be clean.

Not great
Course in horrible shape had us be cart path only because they haven’t been able to water the fairways.
The greens are silly. Golf is hard enough there’s no reason for impossible greens.

Overpriced
Played for the first time because I got a hot deal during the week. Too much $$ on the weekend. Course was in pretty poor shape. Looks like it hasn’t been watered all season. Layout is hit or miss. Some nice holes, but some pretty weird layouts on a couple holes (for example #9 which is 45 degrees up the entire way).

Cart path only?
C’mon NYCC. Cart path only designations for dry fairways is nonsense. Needs to be disclosed at booking. 90 degrees would have been fine.

Terrific time!
The first time I played here was very early in the season after a looong winter. Taking the recent dry weather into consideration, the course conditions are fantastic. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The greens are perfect and rolling very fast. I can’t remember the last time I 3 putted so many times. The staff was terrific as always. I’m so glad they allow walking on this course because it’s a great workout.

Great Golf 1hr Drive from NYC!!
Love the course. Greens and fairways in great shape. Great pace of play. Challenging. Great course only 1hr drive from NYC!

Good course to play near New York City
Nicely laid out course near the city . Friendly staff and good bar and food . Definitely will come back .

I’ve been playing this course for years and it feels like it’s starting to go downhill. The staff in the pro shop are not friendly or accommodating. Initially there were no range balls to hit because they were still in the process of being collected. There was a wait on every hole with our round clocking in at 4hrs50min. Additionally for $120 bucks one would expect there to be grass on the tee boxes instead of hacked up sand.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass on your feedback to the teams in charge so they can work to make changes. Your feedback helps us do better.
