Great course Photo submitted by 5959steven on 11/08/2016
Love the elevations
I loved all of the elevation changes this course had to offer. I grew up in Colorado and after coming to Tulsa, there is not a lot of mountains. Other than that the course is pretty average in terms of grass, distances, and maintenance.
Enjoyable play
This is a fun course to play at. Will come to this one again.
Good
Awesome beautiful course. The only bad part is we were constantly waiting on someone in front of us, and there was someone on our tail the whole time. Will play again
Great coarse layout
Love this coarse. Very hilly. One of the best views of downtown tulsa you will find. Lot of fun decisions of should I go for it or play conservative. Good time
Great time
Great place to play. We had a wonderful time. Will play again.
Great course
Had a great time and the course was in great shape
The best greens in Northestern Oklahoma....
I wish that they could get new and more sand in the traps, not add traps just better sand and keep them in better shape.
Need to water and over seed the fairways, to get the grass thicker.
In the practice area get the grass thicker from the shot area, and they need a sand trap, to practice from, shots to a( pitching green).
Canyons Course
I really enjoy this golf course. The layout, the views and (surprisingly) the course conditions were great. But when we made the turn, for some reason, there were 4 groups who had been herded in front of us for a "league" night. It turned what would've been a pleasant 3 hour round into an arduous 5 1/2 hour round that we didn't have the time to finish. The staff was nice about it but it didn't change the fact that we were all of a sudden "stuck". In the future if theyre not going to start their league nights on the front nine inform other golfers that it would be to our benefit to start our round on the back 9 so that we don't all of a sudden run into a road block.
Beautiful course
Really great and challenging course! Will defiantly play again!
Very Challenging
Very challenging, but fun. Beautiful views, wildlife abundant.
Great views
Fantastic views of downtown Tulsa, good course easy to recover...
Canyons
Interesting layout of the course. Fairly open but still creates some challenges. I only marked the food and beverage as average because I did not order any grilled items however the price for a bag of chips and package of crackers was only 2.25. I would definitely play this course again.
This is a great course to play
Greens where in great shape rolled true, bunkers are being redone and the ones that are done are in great shape very nice golf course
Challenging course for all types of golfers
Wide fairways for beginning golfers and up. Different types of hitting slopes and hills of the golf course. Beautiful landscapes of the golf course . A beautiful view of Tulsa skyline .
WHAT A FUN COURSE!
Have played here many times even though I live 33 miles away in Wagoner County. One of my favorite courses in the state. Not overly-long, but one of the challenges is finding hitting level ground to hit from. The signature hole, #12, will bring you back JUST to play that hole. And the view from the 10th tee box may be the best view of downtown Tulsa to be found anywhere - really awesome. But, unless you're the real exception, get a riding cart! The snack bar is sometimes open, sometimes not. But, in any case, it's truly a fun course to play.
Nice Round
Nice round. Sand traps needed help but otherwise for the time of year in decent shape. I will be back.
Good challenging course for the intermediate golfer
First time I played this course this past weekend. Great weather, challenging fairways that slope in any direction. Not for beginners for sure. An amazing par 3 on the back 9 from high elevation to low elevation! It's a bit of a distance if you live in Broken Arrow, south Tulsa, but great if you can find a good low price.
gonna be a nice course
Greens were faster than expected good condition for very very early MarchI would recommend this course to anyone great time great facilities and great price
This course is very undulating.
We had a great time and booked a great tee time through Golf Now.com
I loved the setting
I truly enjoyed my first time at this course. I was delighted to see how beautiful it is. I will be back in the spring and summer for sure to be out on the course. I has some challenging holes but I loved it.
