About
Perfect Central Oregon rolling terrain fashioned into beautiful golf holes by designer Brian Whitcomb. With 7000 yards of breathtaking views and challenging golf shots Lost Tracks Golf Club defines the word golf.
While Lost Tracks Golf Club is located near the city of Bend, it has the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of Ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes, and seaside sand filled bunkers. Laid out on a softly rolling terrain the old style design, without the long walks between greens and tees, invite the golfer to walk the meticulously groomed and maintained fairways.
Lost Tracks design philosophy did not include a "signature hole" consideration. Many players may consider the 141-yard 16th hole a par 3 island green, with an old railroad dining car for a bridge, to be exactly that. However, with so many gorgeous holes to choose from, we will leave that up to you. Have fun!

Goose poop
Goose poop everywhere. After finishing the round my shoes were covered in it. No drinking water anywhere on the course. Course has a lot of potential, love the layout, really makes you choose the right club with all the doglegs off the tee. Only hit driver on 3 holes.
Bit soggy
Found the course to be soggy and really slowed down play. Also they had back to back golfers which did cause a backup on several holes. Better schedules would help

Dog Legs
Most of the holes are dog legs which made it a little challenging playing for the first time by ourselves to see where to hit some of your shots either from the tee or from the fairway.
Tee boxes somewhat beat up. Fairways had many unfilled divots. Otherwise a very nice course.
Vacation Golf
I always make a point to play Lost Tracks when I am in Bend/Sunriver. The course is very enjoyable to play for all levels of golfers. The signature hole is a classic.
Glorified Municipal Course
This used to be the best deal in Bend. Unfortunately they’ve decided to raise rates without improving conditions. $75 to walk here is ridiculous. Greens are very hit and miss, there are a few in good condition the rest look like heard of elk walked over them. Tee boxes are in horrible condition, fairways are patchy and dying, even the range is sub par. Really, not even a single distance marker? Do yourself a favor, go play widgi creek, rivers edge, quail run, juniper, black butte ranch or even the old back 9 before paying these ridiculous prices for a declining course.

One of our favorites
Course was in great condition. Not sure why it was so open but we finished 18 holes in 3:40. It was amazing. Seems like they're a little short staffed, but it did not hinder our enjoyment one bit.
