Crooked River Ranch Golf

Staff worked me in early. Excellent course. IMHO they loose alot of money for on course beverage since it's cash only and no communication of that. Course played well and would recommend. Bring cash if you want ANYTHING from the cart girl.

Love the course layout. Really like the convenient proximity of the practice range to the club house. Course in great shape for being this early in the season. Friendly staff, always good vibes here. Most def will be a returning customer.

Nice course condition for mid January! Shotgun start worked well with the cooler weather. Friendly staff all around. Course neatly trimmed, greens pretty quick (~11-12) smooth, dry but held pretty well. Some tee boxes supplemented with mats when frost present.

Course was in very good condition with controlled grass transition cuts, even graded-dry sand bunkers, smooth greens(though one temporary and one still frozen). Well planned shotgun start pertinent for the short day.

We took a trip to eastern Oregon to play golf and get away, and were thrilled with the Crooked River course. It was a beautiful day, the course was in very good shape, and the surrounding terrain was a fun change from the courses we typically play. The canyon views and the the water features throughout the course made for a perfect day on the course!

Myself and 4 of my Brothers, booked Tee Times for September 14, 2024. We had to book 2 Time Slots because there were 5 of us. We have played this Course multiple times, in the past. But Unfortunately, we will No Longer be playing this course. Our 1st group of 2 Brothers were set to start play, when a gentleman from the Pro Shop approached us, claiming that 1 of us had not paid our Green Fees. On top of that, he was not going to allow our group of 2, to start play because he was now going to add 2 more players, that were Not in our group, to our group of 2. When you book your Tee Times, the number of players for that Specific Tee Time is Clear. When you pick a Slot for (2) players, you'd think that slot is for (2) players....Not (4). This person kept claiming that even though it says its Only for 2 players, it's actually for (4) players. So, my Brothers did not have a choice.....they Had to play with 2 strangers, instead of the rest of us rite behind them. However.... (2) Golfers, with (2) Golf Carts, Teed Off rite before our group. When I asked this person....if that's the case, why didn't you add (2) more players with them?? Why did they get to Golf as a Twosome, but my Brothers were Not allowed to?? We were a party of (5). They (2) Golfers in front of us were a Party of (2). But they got to go ahead as a Twosome, but my Brothers were Not Allowed to. Why?? Why were we Purposely Singled Out, and No one Else was. When I asked Why were the guys in front of us allowed to go as a Twosome, and my brothers were not, his reply was, "Well they probably booked Tee Times as Singles". As Singles??? But he Just Told Me that there are NO SUCH THING as Singles!!! He told me You "Have to play as a Foursome". Then Why weren't (2) more Players added to their Tee Time?? They went Before Us.....so the (2) players that were added to Our Group, that Actually made Us a group of (7)....should've been added to theirs to make a "Group of (4). But that didn't happen. They were allowed to Golf as a Twosome, and my Brothers were not. We ALL Paid Alot of Money to Play at this very nice Golf Course. But we were treated like trouble makers. This man from the Pro Shop continued to accuse us, and state that only (4) of us paid, and Not (5). They had the Receipts RITE THERE IN FRONT OF THEM, Yet this man still said we were Lying. We were Singled Out by this 1 Person!! The Gentleman that checked All (5) of us in.... Was Great and Very Professional. This man that kept trying to ruin our day, wasn't even in the Pro Shop when we checked in and paid. We were Singled Out, cuz this person Refused to Believe Isz and simply look at the Receipts. We will NEVER return to this Golf Course, because of this (1) Man, that Clearly has No Idea what he was doing.

First time playing Crooked River Ranch. Very friendly staff and fun course to play. Very well maintained and pace was fast. Will definitely be coming back!

The course was in great shape. Some very nice views on this course. It's on the shorter side, but it has some challenging holes. There are some elevation changes that make this a tougher course than the length suggests. I booked this on GolfNow and played as a single. One tip for booking, Tuesday mornings are ladies day. They are playing a match and aren't allowed to let faster groups play through. This isn't a problem as these ladies play quickly. Even as a single, I fnished in just over 3 hours.

What a nice course! Fun and very well maintained. A real value for the price.

A beautiful course with stunning views is just a short drive from Bend, Oregon. It's definitely worth the drive and you can't beat the greens fee for the quality of the course. It's a shorter course so you should plan on playng from the tips. Will play this course again and have already recommended to many of my friends.

Take the time to depart from the others in the area and spend some time at Cooked River Ranch. I wish I had known of this course earlier! The front nine is great, but the back nine is spectacular!!!

Such an amazing course. The staff was absolutely awesome and friendly. Shoot out to the sanbagger cart girl as well she was such a delight in the course.
