Good course for the money
Course was in good shape. Greens were very good. . Pace of play was slow. We had fun of course.
Our only trouble was finding our balls after we teed off for the tenth hole.
Great course. They only need to keep the practice balls on the right side of the fence.
fun
Nice course with not much challenge. Back 9 will give you good exercise if walking. Course in good condition and pace was great
Glendoveer in March
Usually this time of year is sopping wet on the course but it was pleasantly dry and well maintained. Tee times weren’t stacked so close due to the virus outbreak and they had some adjusted rules for play (no pulling flagsticks) but it was a great day for golf. Played the west side course and all 18. First round of the year and my feet could feel it!
Good shape
For end of February, the course was in good shape. The fairways are still a little mushy, ball stays where it lands, but greens were near perfect. Front nine a little more of a challenge with narrow fairways, back nine more open but hills to contend with,
Rain
The course drained really good, they were mowing when I left.
Poor Communication
Disappointed Golf Now and course didn't share information. Nothing during entire booking was anything said about carts and course said they've emailed then no carts due to sloppy conditions. Would've been good to know because unfortunately with my sciatica can't play without one. Since it was already booked and there was only 20 minutes before our tee-TIME i decided to walk. Oops, had to quit after 7th hole soggy conditions and major discomfort barely made it back to the car. Just too bad.
One of the best values in town
It’s easy to walk and the pin positions are always challenging. The greens were actually rolling better than expected. The fairways had a lot of muddy spots but it’s late December in Oregon so to be expected.
West side
The course plays well, can't lose a ball. For this time of year, low player count makes it ideal for fast play if you hit 'em straight. Always enjoy playing here, and matching up with who knows who makes it fun and challenging. Kudos to groundskeeper.
