East at Glendoveer Golf Course

The conditions were tough, it was wet and very soggy. The worst part was the pace of play was so slow, it almost took three hours to play nine holes. We had 3 1/2 hours to play 18 with the two of us, but with being so slow we were only able to play nine. I paid for 18 and when I went in to get a nine hole voucher the gentleman refused and said it was super twilight! Disappointed they wouldn’t work with me!!

Tried to play 9 at 5pm on. Wednesday thinking I could squeeze it in. Course was in awful shape. Bunkers were like clay, fairway was nonexistent, greens were sanded. Pace of play wasn’t any better. 4 holes in I quit and went home.

Glendoveer was in decent shape yesterday. Slightly muddy in the fairways, but winter rules were needed. Finished in 3 hours and 40 so it worked out great.

6 hour round and terrible course conditions... skip this place

Challenging Par 5’s with strategic bunker placement on many holes. Playable for any level, with forgiveness on either side of the fairway. Can’t wait to get back out there!

Course was in great shape.

Greens were excellent. Smooth. Rolled well. True. Good speed.

Fairways were good. A few bad lies, but not bad.

Hit it straight because it is dry off the fairways. Should not be there.

The course was rough. We have had some hot weather and the course did not fare well. It’s dry and dusty and there was a lot of dead grass. The greens were nice though. The golf carts are terrible, I traded the first one in because it felt like it was going to die. The guy in the pro shop said most of them are like that due to issues with the motors or something. The next cart was as bad as the first, it lunged and jerked the whole round. Not a fan of the golf carts.

Good course, nice found of golf just a little slow from a group in front of us, but would happily play it again.
