This course is tucked away in the farm land of Montgomery County. It’s not near a major highway or the turnpike, so it’s really a place utilized by locals. The course itself is great; rolling hills, steep slopes, challenging greens, and tee boxes with blind shots. Having a partner who has played the course, or an accurate GPS with pictures, is a huge help. The greens were in great shape for a February round and ran smooth and quick. Each green had multiple levels and breaks, making them very challenging. The course is wide open though and mis-shots can still be located and played. I’ll be back in the spring/summer to play it in it’s prime, but it’s been added to my rotation of courses away from my home-track.
good value
short course with a little bite to it, decent layout, depending on pin placement, that’s where the course defense comes in, very good course for the price nowadays , especially with some courses gouging since the pandemic hit, extremely friendly staff! enjoy!
Not bad for January.
Fairways were actually not bad for this time of year. Greens were very, very bumpy and thus hard to read.
No ranger so it can be slow. Played 18 in about 4 hours but it seemed slower. Only charged $25 so it was well worth the money. Played here a couple days before this and had a great time in the bar afterwards. Bartender very friendly.
Greens great, course was wet
It was 38 degrees and windy so I’ll get back here when it warms up a bit
