Paupack Hills Golf & Country Club

Paupack Hills is an excellent course always in great condition. It's changed ownership over the last couple of years and hopefully they will have the bar/restaurant back open soon.

Course doesn’t look like it get a tremendous amount of play. Was pretty wide open for a weekend. Greens are in spectacular shape and the layout is definitely worth a trip. All in all I would definitely return.

Great start in bringing Paupack Hills back to life. Only suggestion would be to hire or seek volunteer rangers in return for free golf to improve pace of play and educate novice/first time golfers golf etiquette.

After 3 hrs playing the front 9 behind a foursome and a fivesome that refused to allow myself, a single to play thru, I called it a day and went home.

We played in mid June for the first time. The course has a nice layout, but they need to put some work into it. The bunkers were in bad shape- some with no sand. It was not a bad price- $57 on a Sunday afternoon. I'd gladly pay a little more for it to be in better shape. I hope they continue to improve the course. There aren't many options around the lake and it could be a great course.

Update- a friend played in early August and said the course has improved. I hope this is true.

Hopefully in time, they will have a course ranger as often see golfers drive right up to the greens beyond the “no carts” signage plus seeing 5 somes or very slow 4 somes that won’t let even a single golfer play thru.

Course is in great shape! Greens are a haven for 3 putts!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this golf course. The star of the show are the greens. Perfect condition and ran absolutely pure. Keep up the good work!

Been hearing about this course for a minute, did not disappoint. This is no diamond in the rough, absolute gem. Everything about the course was well maintained. The hole overlooking Wallenpaupack was a sight to see. I will be traveling back to play for sure.

Check in was seamless with friendly staff. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are in great shape. Pace of play was good with no waiting. Thoroughly enjoyed the round.

Staff is awesome but there are No working bathrooms! Out of order for over a month!

They do have job Johnnys.. but the 1 on first hole really smells bad.

Please get bathrooms fixed pronto!

George/Tom Fazio layout in the Poconos, for a Hot Deal under $50.00? Yes, worth it, and worth the drive. Very nice golf course, with nice views of the lake on some holes. You’ll like the mix of the layout.

Small parts of the golf course need TLC, but it’s not in any way an issue. Some bunkers abandoned, and some grass on some holes (in the rough) are spotty. Some greens have some sports that are being reseeded, but it’s not a bother.

You’ll like it here for sure!
