Aeration in progress
Should have told us that this was in progress. Could have offered at least a discount at the course. You got my last $65. I gave you a 5 star rating the entire season but quite peeved at your lack of respect for your customers. See ya!
A little transparency during aeration please!
Should let people know and not charge full price. I have played this course many times this summer and have given it a 5 each every time. A little peeved this time around. You now have lost me for the rest of the year. Transparency would have been a better way to treat your customers. You got the full $65 from me on Saturday but at 2 or 3 times a week will lose a lot more than that and I am sure I’m not the only one! The other 3 people I golfed with were not too happy either! Hope you will change your policy next time around.
The course has beautiful views
Considering it’s their first year back after being dormant for a few years greens were in great shape and fairways are good but some burnout areas sand traps are on their way some were filled in, but some still need to be refurbished.
Nice course
Scenic setting challenging course. Nice condition considering it was abandoned a year ago.
Glad it's back
Great to have Paupack Hill GC up and running again. The course is a beautiful fun. It had been closed for a couple of years and admittedly, it looks like a course that has been closed for a couple of years. Some of the fairways are a bit chewed up and the sand traps are clearly a work in progress. Some traps are redone and beautiful. Some look like waste bunkers with little sand and lots of weeds. That said, it feels like the course will continue to improve as the new owners bring it back up to speed.
