Middletown Country Club

About
Middletown Country Club has been one of Bucks County's major golfing destinations for more than a century. Originally designed as a nine-hole golf course in 1913 by Scottish architect Alexander Findlay, the second nine was added three years later. In the many years since opening, the golf course has undergone renovations by both George Fazio and Stephen Kay. This tough course is proof that a layout doesn't have to be 7,500-plus yards to be a challenge. Although the Middletown C.C. golf course plays to a seemingly modest yardage of 6,217 from the back tees, the rolling terrain provided by its location in the scenic Neshaminy Valley makes the course seem much longer. The small greens have plenty of undulations and you'll also be faced with a variety of uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies. There are also towering trees looming above the fairways and water comes into play throughout the golf course as well.

Terrible
Staff was horrible never go here course was just as bad

Great Staff

Great day Had beautiful weather Greens were fast!! Have to play it a couple more times to get used to it ! fun day You could always complain about something just be happy you can play golf stay safe my friends !!

Decent Course
Played here. Was very happy with the course layout but the course itself was in some rough shape. Greens could have used some love. Course was challenging but fun to play.

Poor Condition
Several greens were damaged. Most which were not had only a light cover of grass They were also terribly fast. Not just high in Stimpmeter, but unreasonably so because of the poor maintenance. Bunkers, except one were as hard as concrete. Tees were often tilted, resulting in the ball being higher/lower than one's feet.
It will be a cold day ... before I ever play this track again.

Much better
I left a review about a month or so ago saying how the course was going downhill a bit and needed a lot of work. Well they put some work into it. The conditions today were by far better than they have been in months. Tee boxes are better with a couple of exceptions but thats okay. The greens have been massively repaired. Only 1 or 2 holes I was disappointed with greens quality. Can it be hard to find your ball because there's leaves everywhere and can putting be more difficult because there's a lot of leaves all over the green yes to both but I can't be mad about that at all. I'm golfing in october and expect that to be the case. Overall the quality of the course has improved greatly. As someone who has played this course about 12 times this year and seen it go up and down, I'm happy with Middletown.
