The course provides good value.
The course was overall in good condition. The tee boxes, fairways and rough were adequate. The greens were in excellent shape. My only complaint was the condition of the bunkers.
The course plays short from the white tees.
Some holes are short but the greens for these holes are well guarded. Some greens and tee boxes are in close proximity to each other. The entire course was in good shape. The course will be on our rotation.
Enjoyable course.
The course is very well maintained and has several interesting holes, notably #s 2, 7, 10, 14, and 15. While the course is forgiving, there is enough challenge to make it worth playing. The twilight rates are a great value.
Love this course
I love this couse, its one of my favorite courses to play at. For the prices available on golf now it's a deal you can't beat. I'd recommend this to any type of player.
Meticulous fairways & greens
First time there, inviting from the tee box, good shot making opportunities, very enjoyable course. Beautiful putting surfaces.
nice course
I had a great day of golf with my son and would recommend the course to all!
Difficult yet well maintained
I have played this course several times in the past. Yesterday, was the best I have seen this course. It was in pristine condition. The staff is always friendly. The hills and ridges can make the course a little difficult. I lost several balls just because I couldn't see where it landed. The carts are on the slow side, but overall a great place to play.
Good variety of different types of holes.
Played behind a group of five golfers that probbly added 30 minutes or more to the round. The tee boxes did not have tee markers.
Great conditions
I have always enjoyed the course. It's the first time I have played there in a while and it was in great shape for late November. The only problem I had was that the golfers seemed a bit loud at times.
A Well Maintained Vale
Mainland is a well maintained course that offers a very good value. It's not long, it's relatively easy, and the greens are always fastish (think 11 on the stimpmeter) and true. The staff are a little stuffy at times, but overall okay.
Average course usually in decent shape.
Nothing too special but usually in pretty good shape although I've played some very long rounds here.
