Fast greens
Very fast and challenging greens. Possibly contributing to slower play. 5-hour round
Still enjoyed playing there and it was a great price
Very good deal
Early in the season and the course was in very good shape but wet in some spots.
Better than average
Play here quite a bit. It’s a great value when getting a hot deal. A few of the greens are a little goofy and could use a redesign considering that in mid summer they roll these greens anywhere from an 11 to 13 stump. The conditions are always top notch. They actually have a grass driving range and a decent short game area. I’d highly recommend playing especially if you are from out of town. It’s pretty close to the airport. Enjoy
Dumb slow.
Waited on tee. Waited in fairway. Waited between hole. There was not one shot that didn’t take 10 min between.
The bottleneck between 3&5…. 3 groups on the hole, and two more waiting.
I’ll not be going back.
Course was pretty decent, prolly better in summer. So if you have time to kill maybe you’ll enjoy it.
Easy but hard
This course layout is challenging because of bunkers and fairway layout, but not because fairways are narrowed with trees and bushes.
So your time is spent handling the challenging layout, norms searching for your ball among trees and bushes. (yes I am a high handicap golfer)
Shot my Best Round (11/1/2025)
Considering everything that Quicksilver does to test your capability, I shot my person best yesterday. The course (for it being November) looked fantastic, which helped my round completely.
Slow Play
It took nearly 3 hours to complete the front nine! We gave up & left. Pro shop was notified of players not keeping pace and hitting multiple balls.
Great course
Course is great. Pace a tad slow but not terrible.
Labor Day review
Greens and fairways were in very good condition. Several tee boxes were in rough shape and the par 3s were out of sand for repairing divots. Lack of rain caused the rough to be dried out.
Quicksilver is a great course
The course is in great shape, greens are fair but fast on some holes, rough and sand was well maintained, no garbage on the course. Pace of play could have been better but it’s a very popular public track
