Reading Country Club

Many mature trees line most fairways. Numerous
elevation changes make the course length a little
deceptive. Many up hill shots require a extra club or two. All in all an enjoyable round.

Conditions were perfect and course layout is very challenging and exciting. Highly recommend.

Always enjoy playing Reading Country Club. The course is in great condition. Bonus of seeing some classic Ferrari's , there was a car show set up on the driving range. I would recommend playing this course any time.

I played after those two days of soaking rain and it was still playable.

I have played Reading many times since it went from Private to Public.. It was always in good shape and very challenging. However, the new Pro and Superintendent have done an excellent job in bring this old course back to top form, as it was before going public... Not overly long, which is perfect for me, it challenges you to make good straight tee shots and good approach shots as the greens are very challenging, somewhat small however very fast.. always a treat to play

TARGET GOLF! ...narrow fairways, small greens with a lot of slope
just aerated the greens about a week ago -a little bumpy but playable...should be perfect in another week.

course has a lot of elevation changes and awkward
lies, course not long but narrow fairways protect the course. greens ran fast and bunkers will need to be attended to ( were mostly made of dirt). would recommend for the hot deal only. I wouldn't pay full price. it's a nice course but its layout is average.

Perfect for the time of year. well groomed, consistant and challenging.

Typical March day in eastern PA, windy and colder than the forecast. Course was in great shape, most surprisingly the condition of the greens, they were outstanding for this time of year!

It was the first day of the season for the course. The course was soaking wet, but I didnt care, just wanted to get out. I will defiantely play here again in-season. The course was still good given the amount of water that was on it.

The course continues to improve and played nicely for a late autumn round. Greens could be just a bit smoother but overall very good conditions.

This is a very nice course with friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed myself and will come back even though its a 30 minute drive.

Well maintained - tight fairways -lightening greens. Lots of very interesting holes-will be back!

This course will play easy until you hit the last four holes only if you know your exact club yardages. The last holes are high handicap but if you never played them before good luck. A beautiful clubhouse and building surrounded by a historical gem of a course. Well maintained course.

Great value for the money. Features fast greens, narrow fairways, and lots of hillls but very fair. Friendly bar with great ambience at end of round with very reasonable prices. Overall great value for the money.

New to the sport and a little hesitant at first. I was met by numerous staff all willing to take the time to answer my questions. I had a great day and enjoyed the entire experience.

I will be going back to reading. Got a great deal on golf now and worth 3x what I paid. As u pull up to the club house it has a PGA course feel to it with a great view all around u. Staff was awesome and very friendly. One of the best courses I've played

Position play a must. Blind second shot on some holes. Nicely kept course.
