Chapel Hill Golf Course in Reading enjoys a scenic backdrop of mature forests. The tucked away locale provides a peacefully secluded setting that is ideal for a round of golf. While it may not seem like a long layout at just under 6,150 yards, you'll soon forget about any lack of length once you get on the golf course. From the very first hole you're confronted with a water hazard, a stream that weaves around five other holes. The layout forces you to think through each hole, making the tough decision between going for it or laying up. Accurate shot placement is crucial throughout the golf course, especially on the back nine where there are several tricky doglegs and tough uneven lies. Mature trees tightly line the fairways at Chapel Hill Golf Course, and the greens are framed with strategically placed bunkers.

Respectful. Nice course to tune your skills.
The course overall was in great shape! The bunker were had real soft sand in them. Made for good practice for getting out of sand bunkers. Tee boxes were nicely mowed and green! The greens were tight and fast! Some tight fairways and water hazards throughout the course. I had a fun time working on all types of situations you run into learning this great game! It’s a very challenging course for beginners to learn on. The pace was great I don’t know if it was because of the holiday, but I was around the course in no time. I highly recommend it!!
Awesome Value
Chapel Hill is a great course and the best value I have found yet. Course was in great condition and had a mix of open holes and challenging, tighter holes.
Hidden Gem
Excellent course with tricky greens and some tight fairways. Great challenge from the back tees with a couple of hidden landing areas. Not a”Driver” on every hole unless you like searching for golf balls in the water. Play smart tactical golf.
Great cheap course
Was a bit wet but to be expected after a day of rain. Greens played true and great pace. Pace of play was a little on the slower side today but not bad overall
Chapel Hill is a great place to play and affordable.
I liked this course.
There are some very sloped greens, which made putting difficult, but fun.There is water and some narrow fairways. The cart paths are horrible, but overall an enjoyable round

Good course for the price
Cart path very rough, fairways decent, considering the time of year leaves weren’t bad greens pretty quick

Good test of golf
Played 2 weeks agao the course was rough and wett greens were painfully slow . But played 10/18 and totally different story the green were cut and firm and alot of fun vourse was in great fall shape
