Good experience
Overall the course was in good shape though a couple of greens were spotty. Greens were firm and you could run the ball up there. The biggest defense the course has is it's greens which can be quite undulating
Rough start
Greens hard. Hilly early. Lot of cart path only. Some blind shots especially early. Some interesting holes. Overall enjoyable after tough beginning.
Good value in Southern RI
Super fast and well protected greens plus some narrow fairways made this course very challenging for amateur golfers. Overall worth the price and drive from North Attleboro, MA. Only negative was too many ‘blind drives’ for my liking.
TOUGH greens, GREAT track!
Some of the most movement on the green I have seen. Great track, this was my first time here. Pace was decent-slow for a Saturday. Great track, will be back no doubt.
Fenner
Course was challenging for moderate skilled players. It was a mixed of open and tight fairways, greens were fun to put, with some challenging breaks.
Great Track
Nice layout with lots of stone walls, water views, marshes and birds.
Pace of Play was great. The course is in great shape. Greens are challenging with contours on every hole.
Tough greens
Greens are tough, firm and fast. Fairways are decent but that’s it for anything else, rough is choppy bunkers are Stoney, just not in good shape…pace of play horrible
Nice Course for Short Money
Great layout with challenging greens if you're above the Pin. Course was very fair with excellent fairway conditions for early in the season. No flat putts so approach shots are key. They have a scratch kitchen at the clubhouse but was not able to stay.. Hopefully next time..
Great course better ownership
Fenner is one of the most consistently maintained and reliable courses in the area. Pace of play is good
Definitely worth playing
Semi Private Muni
Great staff and price but when you advertise being semi private, i dont anticipate making the drive for a 5 and a half to 6 hour round to include beat up tee boxes and rocky bunkers. I give some grace for fairways having long grass but again, for semi private the fairway grass shouldnt stand as tall as the height of my ball.
