Fun course
First time coming here. Course was in good shape considering the time of year. Holes were fairly challenging with some blind shots. A lot of construction going on but that did not impact play. Looking forward to coming back in the spring.
Great course
Played here several times and always enjoy it! Pace of play was great. Greens are pretty quick and have always been in excellent condition and and fairways in good shape for winter conditions. Nice turn house and friendly staff. Nice course and new owners have been making improvements.
Can’t beat the value
For $30 something for 18 you can’t go wrong. With this course you really can’t go wrong. We had a frost delay and they gave us range balls to warm up with. You did have to hit off a mat but the mays were high quality. The course is challenging all the way through. Really enjoyed playing there and would not hesitate to play again.
Value and challenge
You can’t beat the value. The course was in good conditions and the greens were really good. The course was really fun and challenging. You had to think about a shot. The staff was really friendly. We had a early tee time and the course had a frost delay. They offered us range balls while we waited. The grill has really good food. I would definitely recommend.

Front nine more so than the back nine!
Not a grip it and rip it course! Have to be selective where you place your tee shots. Several blind shots for the first time golfer.
Will be back again!
Golfit
Challenging, great shape, some greens (ouch). All out a must try. A yes to the 19 th hole as well.
Much Improved
My wife and I played here in early Spring and we found the course in poor condition. This time around, there have been some dramatic improvements in course conditions, especially with the greens that ran fast and true.
All staff were warm and friendly. I will definitely return for another round.

Cool course
Tight course. Clearly being invested in. Staff was great, fun layout and just lay up on #2! Looking forward to coming back again

Unique Layout in a Surprising area
This course is one of the more interesting ones in the upstate. The layout ranges from challenging to straightforward, with tons of holes where you need to hit a specific shape or distance instead of just bombing driver.
In the last 3 years Windsor has gone from a rather run down course to a beautiful track run by people who love golf. I’ve heard it be described as a “shot shaper’s course,” and I’d completely agree. The restaurant is awesome, and typically the course is in GREAT condition.

Clearing a lot of land on course to make it more open.
The Tavern had a very good club sandwich and house chips were above average.
The only complaint I had was whoever cut the greens scalped quite a few throughout the course.
