GreyStone Golf Club

Greystone is one of the best public courses in the Nashville area. It’s always great. As for my round, it was the wettest course I’ve ever played. Tee boxes so sopping wet I couldn’t hit off them. I was feeling off from the rough along side the tee boxes. The fairways were just as bad. It was better to be in the rough. I would have to pull my drives, fully plugged, out of the fairway and find somewhere dry enough and firm enough to swing from. The greens were fine. Still not healed all the way from aeration. So there’s that too. Can’t wait to come back once it’s dried up.

Love the course, staff is great. The greens are still recovering from weeks ago aeration as of 2/25/20. I wouldn’t put any money on a putt right now. They should be great in 2-4 weeks.

Incredible layout, always a fun track to play. Greens are a little beat up but still playable.

Was in Nashville for work and researched where to play and came across this course. It is the best course I have ever played for under $40. Layout and conditions were fantastic. Staff was great. Was amazed at how many GREAT holes there were on one course. Definitely plan to play it again if work takes me near Nashville!

First time play here. The condition from Tee to green are excellent. fast green and very elevation up and down.. I am from Central Florida so this course is 180 from what I used to play everyday.. But over all it is worth the 30 minutes drive and the experience. of the mountain golf. definitely I will be back for a second time.

I play here about 8-10 times/yr, it’s a treat every single time.

This course was great! Excellent layout with beautiful views! The hazards make you think on every tee shot which is something I like a lot. Greens rolled great and very true! Some bunkers were in rough shape but others looked brand new. I played after a heavy rain so it’s hard to say their normal condition.

I have played here a few times and would play more frequently if I didn’t live as far as I do! Great layout and always in good condition!

This is my favorite course in the state. Wish it was closer or it would be my home course. Staff always friendly and great.

Fairways and greens in excellent shape. If not for the distance from my house (50 min), this would be my go-to course.

This is the best value in Middle Tennessee. The course has a great layout. The greens are fast and consistent. Beautiful views. Fairways could be marked better (numbers on sprinkler heads have worn off). Brand new golf carts. Challenging but fair golf course.

Was hopeful based on other reviews it would be a decent course but this was on another level. Not only was the layout great but conditions were also top notch. Great job to everyone at the course. First review I’ve ever written.

This is one of my favorite golf courses to play in Tennessee! The course is very pretty and taken care of. The staff is very nice. My son in law hit his first hole in one on this day! Hole 3, 142 yards with a PW! I would put this course up against any public course in Tennessee. The only negative thing I could say about this place is, the tee times are too close together. This evening that we played, we had a group of 4 in front of us that was very slow and we had to wait every shot. Other than that, I would very much recommend this course.
