Must play. Worth the drive from Nashville. Enjoyed it a lot

First time playing and worth the drive! Course was challenging but forgiving. Conditions were very good considering the amount of rain we’ve had.

Never had a bad experience at Greystone. Course is always in fantastic shape. I have played scrambles and single rounds of golf here during the fall, spring and summer seasons. Staff is friendly and helpful every step of the way. Every time, it’s been great. Greens were fast with true rolls. Love it here!

Very impressive that this course is rated #1 public course in Tennessee and was so cheap. Greens and fairways were in very good shape and the layout is pretty. Would definitely play again.

Good course. Was surprised that the starter let a fivesome tee off. Thought maybe one was just watching. That was not the case. Marshall just rode by and waved all day. I played behind them. This is a great course. Letting 5 play is a basic no no on the course.

I have played GreyStone several timea as it is within 40 minutes of my home. This course is ALWAYS in excellent shape. LUV this course.

I recently had a 54 hole golf tournament here and absolutely loved the course! The facilities are a little dated but fairly nice. The teeboxes were well groomed and had plenty of grass. The fairways were lush and well-kept. The bunkers were hard, but I am attributing that to wet weather. The greens were rolling well and looked great! The course layout is a little spaced out in my opinion but nothing bad. My one warning is DO NOT walk this course. It is like climbing up Mt. Everest. I had no choice in my tournament, but I do not plan to walk it again any time soon. Overall, I loved the course and I will be back.

First time playing the course. Would definitely recommend the place. Course currently has same wet conditions in fairways due to recent weather. Greens are rolling very smoothly. Couple of holes are cramped for space and hilly, but overall a playable track for all abilities. Located just 40 mins west of Nashville but worth the trip for the quality of golf!

Being my first experience with Greystone, it was nothing short of great. The course was everything I had heard about it.The only negative was that it was raining for the first several holes we played, making the conditions difficult on an already difficult course. I can't speak regarding the amenities (pandemic),except to say everything is in place to complement a wonderful golfing experience. See ya again soon Greystone!!

Played just the front nine this morning. Staff was friendly and the range was open. Course/greens were in great shape. I was pleasantly surprised that even the roving beverage cart was operating. I’m only sorry that I only scheduled 9 holes :)

I have played this course a few different times, it’s always in great shape, Charlie and his team do a fantastic job taking care of this course! Some very challenging holes , I’ll always have different friends out here and the first time they play it they are always impressed!

First time playing GreyStone and it was the course I have been looking for. Interesting layout that asks for a variety of shots to score really well but is not overly penalizing and good shots are rewarded. There are a few tight and/or blind tee shots but you can see most of the trouble to stay away from. Course was in excellent shape and it was legitimately the most enjoyable round I have had all year and I play several times a week. Greens rolled extremely well and while quicker than your standard muni it was the ideal sweet spot of smoothness, speed and fair pin placements that made you feel like you had a chance to make everything you looked at. One benefit we had (other than the weather being phenomenal) was we started on the back 9 so we didn't have that intimidating tee shot off Number 1 first thing. Love this course and wish it was closer to Nashville but well worth the drive and I can't wait to get back out there. Between the elevation changes, routing and rocks/creeks in the fairway I have to say there are no other public courses like this in the area. Highly recommend and can't believe I waited years to get out here.

After a massive storm yesterday! The course was in perfect condition! just 2 trees down. Fun course! lots of blind shots! New to the area and have played this course 3 times. Never a disappointment!

Course has a nice layout with some great views. Road noise on a few holes. Course was in very good condition and very playable despite the wind.

I play everywhere and this course had the best greens I’ve played in quite some time. Rolled very true and had some speed to them. Would highly recommend.

Staff goes out of its way to make Course accommodating.
