Golfer Reviews
Nice place with decent condition course
Did a quick last minute 12 holes. Course was clean and maintained. Grass wasn’t the best but a great deal for $30 and being 5 mins from the house. Took the wife and kid and everyone had a blast. Nice carts and very friendly staff. I will be a new regular at this course.
3 hour round, greens in excellent condition, fairways have grass unless you get to far left or right. Really enjoy the layout. Only complaint is that there is no water to be found.
It was okay.
The fairways were very narrow as the course is right in the middle of a neighborhood. I don’t have many complaints other than there was nothing special about the course.
Nice and challenging
1st time playing here. Great green and fairways. Narrow off several tees made it a challenge. Overall great experience.
Golf course was great but problem with booking through Golf Now.
The starter didn't have us on his sheet even though we had booked a day prior. This is the second time this has happened booking through Golf Now. The starter teamed us with a threesome who also booked through Golf Now. Aside from that the round was enjoyable.
Nice course.
I’ve played the course before and the pace of play was great. This time, however, the pro shop started the five some on the back nine as our 4 some was pulling ip to the 10 tee. They where rather slow and subsequently we where waiting on every tee box.
Best Value Course in NE Houston
Check in was smooth at clubhouse. Range balls are beat up and commonly dirty/muddy. Had to hit off mats. Started on time with the front nine playing the Shores course, back nine on Pinehurst. Tee boxes are beat up with lots of open divots, fairways generally in fair/good condition, sand traps have plenty of sand - but always have many footprints left, greens pretty good for winter.
Biggest Negative; Cart paths are 'back breakers' because they are in terrible condition. Time to resurface or tear out and lay down new.
Biggest Positive; Staff is always very friendly, and in addition this course is probably the best combination of fair cost/course condition in the entire NE Houston (at least during this winter season).
Course was nice after all the rain, grass was well kept and pace of play was steady! Group behind us kept nearly hitting us although we spoke to them many times but due to no Marshall nothing was done about it
