Mike
Course was a little bit wet from the day before it rains. So it was cartpath only. Not that big of a problem. The rains we’ve had this year have really helped the fairways and greens look great.Bring a good short game as all the greens are elevated. Very good course for the money.

First time playing here and it didn't disappoint course in great shape good fast small greens. Starter and Marshall friendly and helpful cart girl made several rounds can't beat it for the price, will definitely highly recommend to anyone to play here and I definitely will b back.
Excellent course. Small, challenging greens!

Atascocita Once Again
Surprisingly, the course was in great shape. Both the fairways and the greens were in excellent shape. The greens were faster than I remember them to be. The rough was a little too high this time.
Overall, the course played well though play was slow at times.
Good value
First time playing. Not a technically challenging course, but good mix of dog legs and elevation changes. Perfect for my skill level.
Greens and fairwys in good shape, tee boxes were underwhelming, but nothing that affected my game. Reviews of first cut of rough are accurate. About ball height, but not thick, so it just eats up your ball.
Will be back, unlimited range balls, decent carts, friendly staff.
Tall rough
Good course with exceptionally high rough. Hard to find a ball that did not stay on the fairway. I’d go again for sure and recommend.
Worth The Money
Course was in decent shape. Grass outside the fairway was kept long so if you aren’t in the fairway, may have a hard time finding your ball. Greens are small. Greens themselves were in good shape, but the fringe had a good amount of weeds. Say hi to the German shepherd puppies on I believe 3 or 4 of Pinehurst. Would play again.
Atascocita: the Second Time Didn't Disappoint
Atascocita G.C. is a 27 hole course. I played the Pinehurst and Point courses today. The courses were in excellent condition. The greens were replaced 2 years and are in excellent condition. I played Pinehurst for the first ninr holes. Pinehurst has mostly narrow fairways since it is situated within a housing development. Definitely, a "good golfers" course. Played from the white tees so it was a good challenge. On the back nine I played Point. The Point nine is more wide open than Pinehurst so my errant tee shots often remained inbounds. There were several blind shots on this nine so it would help to play with someone who knows the course. The greens were very quick with various undulations making putting exciting. Oh yes, the greens are smaller in size compared to other local courses. All-in-all. A good day at Atascocita.
