Greens and fairways in surprisingly good condition . Expected everything to be burned out with summer heat but it was just the opposite. Very good grass growth on greens, fairways, and most tee boxes.
Due to recent rains appears staff is having difficultly mowing the rough and keeping greens fast (eg greens are very fury and slow. In great condition but slow).
Overall, really good / solid summer course conditions.
Great value for the course
Course is well maintained and is adequately priced. They are one of the great courses in the area.
Good value and layout
This is ambitious 27 hole layout that that probably does not have enough funds for proper maintenance. Both fairways and greens in subpar conditions. Value is excellent we paid $75 for two players with carts and unlimited range balls.
We played a saturday and pace was really bad 5.5 hours…
Not good on cart management
Course was in good shape and enjoyed it only problem was they don’t have many carts. Had to wait for a cart before our tee time and then the cart died on hole 7 and the pro shop wouldn’t answer the phone so had to sit and wait for the group behind us to tell the Marshall at the turn. Had to wait for an hour and 10 minutes under a tree for a new cart so round took us 5 hours!
No Drinking Water Available
The gollf course does not provide a single water jug or drinking fountain on the entire golf course even during the hot summer months. The two on course restrooms are non operational and in total disrepair.It does no good to report the problems to the course management as they continue to ignore them.
Not Worth It !!
Course has been neglected completely, greens and fairways in horrible shape.
It’s starting to circle the drain
They’ve given up on bunker maintenance beyond a morning raking and no care of the greens beyond a morning mowing.
Lucky Somewhat
We were told when we checked in that there was a tournament scheduled and were lucky to have made a tee time. We got to play the shores course twice. Not a bad day. Plus the attendant in the Pro shop gave us a complimentary beer and breakfast taco. I've been playing this course for a while and its a good place to play. Will continue to come back.
Great course
This is a great course for beginners and amateur golfers. It was wide fairways and large greens.
Great value
Hard to beat the value for the money.
Hit the range before my 7:50 tee time. Was the first one out more or less and it was fantastic. Course was in relatively good condition although the greens were a little bit rough on a few holes. Shores greens were extremely slow as it seems like they are watering and letting the greens grow. Overall very nice and cannot beat the price.
