Great value!
Started off with a staff member delivering a cart to my car when he saw me pull up, and ended with a staff member retrieving the cart when I pulled up to my car. Great service! Tee boxes, and a few places in the fairways were a little rough, but for the money you can’t beat this course.
Great Golf Course
The "A" was a great place to go play a round of golf! The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a good personality and made an effort to ensure we were well taken care of while we enjoyed a great afternoon!
Good Value
Greens are pretty solid, fairways good, and good value for the price. It is a bit of a boring layout. All the holes being mostly straight and very easy. Afternoon price of $30 is worth it, although now during the winter months they haven’t adjusted the times to make it even close to finishable. Hopefully they adjust the twilight rate to make it possible to finish. 3pm-530pm isn’t doable, especially with how backed up the course gets in the evening.
Great course.
Great value for your dollar here. A couple of groups of 5 slowed the pace of play. Other than that it was a nice experience.
Random golf occasion
Staff was very friendly. Course can be kind of confusing at the start if you have never been there. The greens were fast. Course was well-maintained. I would come back here
Really nice course
This is a great course for any level of golfer from beginners to pro.
I played Atascocita twice this week, and left early both times due to slow play. I'll admit that I'm impatient, but when it takes 3 hours to play 10 holes of golf there is a problem. In this case a member of the foursome was very slow, but in today's round, there were too many singles and doubles interspersed on the course. I love to play by myself, but most days a Starter should pair groups up or a Marshall should monitor pace of play because there is nothing worse than slow golf. With that being said, the course is in wonderful condition. The fairways are mowed to a perfect height and the greens are firm. The folks in the pro shop are friendly. It's a great track - just be prepared for a slow round if you're on your own. Also, bring water. There are no coolers just bottles for sale on the bev cart or in the pro shop.
Carts
The greens were in great shape and fast due to the highschool tournament. This is the best shape I have seen them in. The only bad thing about the outing was the golf carts which we had two to fail
